Bearden Benz was awesome. They were nice informative and reasonably priced for battery replacement considering it’s a Mercedes. So far my experience with them has been amazing. They also have a reward program now where you can build points and get free items. Thanks guys.

I am 67 and have had a long history of owning German cars all my life including g Mercedes. This would include minor and major diagnosis and repairs of all areas. Beardan Benz addressed my issues and took care of my repair accurately, honestly, and on time at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for all Mercedes Benz maintenance and repair issues.

I never dread having to take my car to Bearden Benz they are pleasant and efficient. I get a complimentary car wash most of the time and they make my car look brand new! It was shining like a dime!

Bearden Benz found the issue I was having with my car. They had the parts in stock and were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. They gave me a loner to use and called me when it was ready. They also had my car washed and cleaned when I picked it up. The young man at the front desk learned that I was going to be traveling, and he went out and checked the air in my tires and made sure the pressure was where it needed to be. The service was exceptional!

My Mercedes E350 was experiencing what I thought was an electrical problem and had to be jumped twice. A new battery was placed in the car early this year. Bearden Benz found that I had a defective battery and it was quickly replaced with a new one under warranty. Their service is excellent, they listen and treat the customer without arrogance or condescending to them. I love Bearden Benz Repair.

The team at Bearden Benz is amazing! My car smelled like gas whenever I run the heat, but only when the engine was super cold. Other mechanics dismissed it because they could never smell the gas. I brought it in and although they couldn’t smell it either (the engine was warm), they took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and found a leak in one of the fuel lines. It was fixed by the end of the day!! They also didn’t press me to do any work other than what EXACTLY I asked them for! Will be going back for all future work on my car.

These guys have always been great to me. I highly recommend them if you have a Benz that needs working on. I have been going to them for several years now. I learned about them from another Benz owner who was admiring my 2003 SL500 in a parking lot. He asked where I got it repaired. Then he said that I should be taking it to Bearden Benz I took his advice and have never regretted it for a moment. These guys are both good and honest. A rare combination these days.

This was my first visit with my Mercedes and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The work was done in a timely manner, the cost was cheaper than the Mercedes dealership I'm sure, and Corey (I think is his name) was awesome. He was so sweet, and friendly, and answered all of my questions.
