Bought a used Toyota and had the transmission fluid replaced at the dealer. They used an incorrect spec fluid and I was having issues shifting gears. It would surge when shifting. Brought it here with the correct Toyota WS fluid and had it flushed (car only had 90K miles). It has been driving great and shifting like a dream ever since. Highly recommend.

I am beyond grateful for these boys! This shop is ran with honesty, integrity, and humility. Bearden and staff not only care about the life of your vehicle but also the life of the human inside of it. A rare thing to come across, but beautiful to see, people that care about people. What a gift! I have never felt such trust and comfort in an auto shop. I recently took my 2008 Lexus RX8 in for an oil change, knowing something was going on with my front left tire, my strut had been leaking. They went above and beyond, notified me there was also an expired recall on my vehicle, something the previous owner did not take care of. Something serious enough to put the car out for good, and out of all the places I’ve been, none had acknowledged it. Long story short, we were able to work together to knock out a little mighty list of things to ensure my safely and the longevity of the vehicle! Lexus is a high value vehicle, meant to run long and strong, and quality care is a necessity. Forever blessed and thankful for this place. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else. PS: They make a folder with all these hand written notes about your vehicle in it. Melted my heart when i saw it. ❤️ Very personal touch.

Had a problem with my 2006 Tundra. Looked at by the dealer and another shop. They dismissed me. Bearden found the problem and disconnected the offending radio. 6 years of drained batteries are now in the past.

Issue seems to be resolved. That’s awesome and basically all that matters. A bit on the pricier side for what was involved (wiring harness spot repair, but the repair is not visible, there is no added insulation, and all fuel injector wires show regular age and grime that was present prior before shop visitation…) Only two thoughts for better future customer service are the following: 1) Take before/after photos of the damaged item and the replacement. It helps the customer understand what went into the costs they see on the bill, especially if charging for multiple hours of labor. 2) If unable to show the customer what was repaired: if the tech who was working on the vehicle is available (not doing billable work) consider inviting them over to better detail what was performed on the vehicle to remedy the situation. Aside from that- very friendly group to work with, and I would consider returning for future work on my Lexus.

Spoke to Albert on the phone. He was very helpful and honest and gave great suggestions for my specific car issue. He could have easily told me to come in and billed me for diagnostics but instead he was genuinely excited to help and share information.

Bearden is a great choice for Toyota and Lexus. They know their stuff… and treat their customers like partners and friends. When someone has been neglecting their vehicle… they will create a plan of action. To bring the vehicle to “health”. They only use OEM parts and they have all of the knowledge that the dealers have (if not more).

Brought a 2011 Lexus IS350 here to do a buyers inspection on a Carvana purchase. They were able to quickly identify a few issues needing fixes and worked with the warranty company to get everything fixed in just a few days. Highly recommend this place as they are great at addressing concerns, knowledgeable about Toyota/Lexus cars in general, and have genuine care for their customers.

Brought my 2011 4Runner with 224,000 miles here because the dealership had quoted me thousand of dollars for multiple things I needed “fixed” on my car. Josh was able to look it over and said everything looked great for its age and only needed an air filter. Great honest local business! Have been coming to them for years and will continue to do so. No wonder they say Bearden is the best. I have a Lexus RX350. The dealer told me it needs timing cover reseal and wheel alignment. I called Bearden. Even I can tell the man who asnwered the phone was busy, he kindly answered me a few questions and gave me suggestions about why the timing cover does not need to be resealed for now and where should I go for wheel alignment and tire replacement. A true machanic.

Was referred to Bearden from a Lexus car group and after seeing the reviews I knew I had to check them out. Albert was honest, upfront and educational. Will not try to sell you on unnecessary services. Been a longtime Lexus/Toyota owner and will definitely be giving them my business even though I live in south Austin! Went in and Josh was great as well!
