In the process of moving my wife's car was packed full like an intricate Jenga puzzle. She accidentally ran over a strap that punctured her tire with a slow leak on the highway and stopped about 2 miles from the store. Of course it was evening on a Friday and they were about to close. My choice was find a shop that could help her ASAP or drive 4 hours with an exhausted baby to go fix and unload her car to access the spare. I called the shop, they told me they were about to close but could look at it. They were able to quickly put a plug in and she was back on her way. I am reminded again that good service isn't always convenient. Good service is going the extra mile not because you have to but because you care. I appreciate the staff and owner's commitment to help even when it goes a little long in the day. I would give them 6 stars for this if I could. Thank you.

Good place to get a tire repair. Had an atv tire taken off rim patched and put back on has slowed leak but must still be a further leak I will find in water tank though

Do not take your vehicle to this business. We paid over $800 t0 replace an alternator and a fan. The first day we drove it they both failed. Now we are without a car and they will not take any responsibility. I will be getting the word out .

We were on a road trip and got a flat tire on I35 near Park City. We called Bear Tire and they were able to help us out immediately. They even drove to another store to get the tire we needed. Very friendly and helpful folks.

Make sure you read the NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE sign before you hand over an aluminum rim. They will tell you about it multiple times when they run a steel tire iron across the visible face of the wheel.

Another great Park City business. Went in with a tire that had a slow leak and within minutes it was repaired and I was out the door. The manager (Chuck) made me feel very welcome and acted like he really appreciated my business. He helped me shop for new tires (at my request not his). I found their prices to be in the ballpark of other places I had shopped. Come springtime I will be going back to Bear Tire to purchase my tires and have Bear put them on my car. Bear Tire has my business from this day forward. Thanks Chuck. And God Bless the city of Park City and all it's wonderful citizens and businesses.

Called all over Wichita looking for a used set of BFGs for my old truck. If you know BFGs then you know they are hard to find with tread let alone a full set at an affordable price. Called Bear Tire and he said right away he had the exact size, exact brand gave me the price to walk them out the door and didn't even have to put me on hold. I drove out and sure enough those tires were on my truck faster than you can say Talladega by a very well mannered set of men that were more than happy to throw a set of tires on my old truck. Made ya feel like family while your there, but still professional, got the job done fast and was priced at what I considered competitively below others in the area. Truly a hidden gem!! I was glad to have found them.Give them a shout if you know what you want, like a fair deal, and don't like sitting on hold for 30 minutes :) Very happy with my purchase and experience.

Great folks here stopped by in my RV they checked my tires pressure. Set them to the right amount. And didnt charge me anything. THANKS Bear Tire .They do all types of Automotive work as well so come check them out .
