Thought they were great till I went in for a wobbly on my car they wanted to charge me $1550 for shocks and start from there to find the problem, went home took the wheels off to look at the shocks they're fine the car only had 34k on it, turned out it was a bent wheel, which is common. Even told me they were leaking.Not#@#$ . I guess they thought i was stupid, I use to be a mechanic , they just thought I was an old guy to take advantage of. Also my wife went in for an oil change and they told her she needed breaks?? I just put breaks on that car 3 months ago. Don't trust them especially if you are a senior citizen

These guys are awesome. EVERY time I have taken any vehicle to them it has been a pleasure. Each repair is quoted and completed in the time frame promised. The ability to pay online and drop off and pickup outside of business hours is a must for me. I could not be more pleased with the service and honesty provided by Trevor and Andrew each time we are there.

First time customer and was really WOW'd by Andrew and his team!! They did an amazing job trouble shooting my tire issue; ordered, installed new tires and completed an oil change in one day. Bear Car Care also looked over the rest of my car and made suggestions on items that may need attention in the future. Not once did they push any unnecessary service. And the icing is they picked up, serviced and returned the car all within a few hours! Thanks Andrew!!

I am consistently impressed by the service at Bear Car Care. I have been having my cars serviced with Bear Car Care for 5+ years now and won't go anywhere else for my car needs. Most recently (Sept 2023), I have had a frustrating indicator light issue that was tough to resolve. Trevor went above and beyond on each visit explaining the ins and outs of what was happening, including what to expect if the situation wasn't resolved. By far, Andrew and his staff are the most professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and affordable car mechanics in the area.

I love this place! If any of my friends ever has a problem with their car I tell them to go here. Trevor and Andrew worked with me to find out what was wrong with my car and then helped me fix it. They picked my car up for me while I was at work and they dropped it off just a few hours later with no more squeaky brakes! I am beyond satisfied with the services provided, my experience in the process, and the price of everything. 1,000,000,000,000,00/10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

Very honest mechanic told him I thought my wheel bearing was failing and he informed me my car was all good after inspection and didn't charge me ! Very polite as well

Always has the best service. They document everything with pictures too and actually only suggest things you need, with proof. It's hard to find an honest mechanic and this is one of the few! Also, the pickup service is a true work of art that makes it super convenient to get everything done!

Great shop. They know what they're doing, they don't recommend unnecessary add-ons, their prices are reasonable, and they're always very helpful and friendly. Plus their pick-up/drop-off option is super fantastic and makes life so much easier.

I have a 1999 SUV, and, although it has more wrong with it, all I wanted done is one window fixed (it would not go up). BTW, I love their drop-off and pick-up options! I chose drop-off, because they're only about 2 blocks from my house. I dropped it off in the late morning and it was done that afternoon! Everyone tells me the labor charge and overall price was very reasonable. Now I can drive the old bomb when it's cold or raining! <smiling> I'll be going back there if I have other vehicle repair needs!

I refuse to go anywhere else for service because they are the best! Bear Car Care will come pick up my car while I'm at work and bring it back to me. It's so easy. They also give me live updates on what's going on with my car, including pictures showing me that parts will need to be replaced soon. You can always count on Bear Car Care, which is why I don't go anywhere else!

I had water leaking from my dash. The dealer was going to charge $150 just to run it through diagnostics. Andrew identified the problem right away and did the whole repair for less than the diagnostics test. The repair was done right the first time and I did not experience any more issues.

Replaced power steering pump. No more air in the fluid. I still have the whinning noise though. Not sure if it is a bad remanufactured pump or just the nature of the Honda. When I picked up the car, I asked the mechanic if it was whining and he said, "A little." I was not sure if he thought the problem was fixed or not.
