This business is overcharging customers for parts. I got the same job done for $1400 that Beamer quoted at $2100; this is because a catalytic converter costs $800 not $1500 / I also had to call them out on overcharging me for the parts on my tune up to get them to go down on the price

I have four vehicles serviced at Beamer Tire and Automotive in Greensboro, NC for about 5 years counting and that should tell you something about them, huh! All the guys at Beamer Tire in Greensboro are great to work with because they explain everything they have done in a simplified way that makes it easier to understand what was going on with your vehicle. Went in for an oil change, rotation of the tires was a las minute decision but I’m glad I decided have it done. They found a screw in the rear driver wheel tire. Suggestion was take car back to have tire exchange because of tire Road Insurance. I did and they replaced my tire free Tire Discount and rotated my tires. Thank you for your good service,

I came in to see if I could get my car inspected because I had recently moved. I couldn’t pay my taxes because they said I had moved and the rate changes depending on where you live in North Carolina. I had gone to two other places, and I was told that they couldn’t inspect my car. Here the guy at the front desk was ready to say he didn’t know if they could do it when a guy from the back came out and said,” I can do it.” I was so relieved and happy.

Spoke to someone Thursday at 1:37pm, Schedule to have an alignment check at 8 am Monday. Get there to be told that I wasn't on the system. He asked if I did it in High Point or Kernersville. I said no, show him the website I call at. He then said he could check it after all the cars ahead of me. He said no one could have told me to come in today I told that whoever I spoke with did told me that didn't have nothing soon but someone on the back yell that he could checked it Monday morning just for alignment check. Chris wasn't nice at all, I dialed the number I saw in my call history and time. Disappointed of the service.

Doug Beamer and all of his guys are professional, efficient, truthful, and so pleasant. As a single woman, I’ve been taken advantage of by car shops before, but NEVER as a guest of Beamer Tire & Auto. They do the work that is NEEDED and do not tack on “your car needs this and that” to drive up the bill. They value my time and get my car in and put - often in less time than predicted. Nov 2024 - Beamer never disappoints! This will continue to be my home for Auto repairs, oil changes and inspections! My new home since 2020! Every service performed is exceptional! This team goes above and beyond for your auto needs. Still same 5 star and has never showed nothing less! Had something happening with my Ford Escape and the engine light came on. Beamer was full with customers for the day, but Allen made sure he came and looked and we talked about what I needed to do. So Nice to know if I need them, they are available.
