This is one honest place. It was close to their closing time, but they took me in. Thank you. Their price was such a fair price. They are the nicest mechanics i ever met. And they are so meticulous. Great trait for mechanics.

I was on my way to a corn maze and I realized I had a low tire. I pulled over and looked and I noticed a nail in it. I called Bayshore auto service and they saw me within five minutes and plugged the nail hole and I was on my way. They were very nice very professional and very affordable.

They didn't do what I needed, but they checked some other things like my oil and other fluids & what was needed, he gave to me free if charged, what a nice guy, the staff was great as well, real friendly, he also gave me good advice in my car, really nice ppl, I will take my car there if I need anything they do, I really appreciated all they had done & the advice he gave me. Thank you so much guy's.

Live in the neighborhood and take my car here for the convenience alone. These guys are great and do such a good job maintaining my car that I don’t have to see them very often. I’m very grateful to have such a wonderful and trustworthy repair shop right around the corner.

TL;DR - Amazing shop: excellent customer service and repair/diagnostic expertise, competitive prices, fast/efficient. Pretty much the model of how all auto shops should be. I could not be more pleased with the service I've received from Bayshore and the owner, Randy, and I have come to rely on this shop for all of my car maintenance needs. Bayshore's serviced my car for both major repairs as well as routine oil changes. The shop does fantastic work in an extremely timely/efficient manner, and they often go above and beyond. Pricing is fair and competitive. Service recommendations are helpful, honest, and on point. Couldn't recommend more highly!

These guys are so fair and reasonable! They’ve taken care of me for everything I’ve had with my truck. I broke my lock and needed to just get my car to go and deal with getting a new ignition lock and all that stuff later as I was soooo late I just needed to get the car on the road. I didn’t even have my car at their shop and didn’t have my wallet! The guy there walks to where my cars parked and fixes my problem for me which took him like over an hour and allowed me to deal with payment on a later date when I could get my wallet and wasn’t so late already. These folks really know how to treat people

I saw the reviews so I assumed this place was pretty legit. I’m sorry but I couldn’t recommend this place. I have a bad wheel bearing and asked them to clarify that was the issue and they claimed that it was the rust build up which just shows they don’t know much. I live in a place that gets a lot of snow, this rust is very typical. Every other car from where I live has rust build up and don’t have this sound.

Randy and his team are always straight shooters and tell me when they can and can't do the work at a competitive rate. I have a Prius and the specialty electric garages charge an extra Millowatt just to change the oil. Randy fixed my rear trunk latch and camera and also checked out the traction control. Highly recommend.

Had my car serviced here several times, including one time I had a flat tire and my insurance company made an entire fiasco about the situation. I was happy to take my car in with them, knowing that the guys here are reliable and honest. I was happy to take my car in with Bayshore knowing they always did their best to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately due to covid I had to move but if I was around, I would definitely go back!

My Honda brakes were fixed when two other shops could not even diagnose the problem since it was not an obvious issue (the brakes had been serviced recently) and the Honda dealership near me quoted more than twice the amount for the same work. I'll be back.:)

Went in to fix what we thought was the problem. Upon checking the car, they figured out that it was a completely different problem than previously thought. They informed me very thoroughly about what I needed, and said it would be more expensive and take longer than originally stated. Since they could not immediately fix the actual issue, they allowed us to leave free of charge. Very professional, kind, understanding, and good at what they do.
