They messed up the bumper repair on our car and blamed it on being an after market bumper. Our insurance company said they need to request an OEM bumper if thats the problem. They've had the car for over 2 weeks and have done nothing except tell us on 3 separate occasions that they have the info to submit to insurance but for some reason (that no one there can answer) they haven't submitted anything to insurance. If you want terrible work, a bunch of excuses, and a waste of your time then this is the place for you. When we went to pick up thr car they yelled at my wife and made her cry because of their incompetence.

Took my car in for body repair on bumper and hood. Took them almost 3 months to get it back to me. When I finally got the vehicle back the bumper was obviously not put on correctly. There were gaps. Not to mention while driving on the highway the skid plate detached and was dragging on the floor! When I pulled over to adjust it, it wasnāt even secured! I took the car back to let them know what happened. They put blame on me saying āI mustāve hit somethingā when that was not the case. As far as the bumper⦠they said since itās aftermarket thatās the best itās going to get. I took their word. Since then the bumper has gotten worse and thereās a rattling noise when driving. I called my insurance they advised me to take it back to the shop. I called ahead to make sure when I should take it in. They gave me a day to drop off. The car sat there for a whole week⦠a WHOLE WEEK with nothing sent to the insurance.. meanwhile they kept screening my calls and not calling me back. My husband got ahold of them and they kept telling him āwe are sending everything in.ā At this point Iām frustrated. Iāve been out a car a week having to borrow someone elseās car. I get that this isnāt the only car theyāre working on. But 7 days and you canāt get the pictures and estimate to the insurance for approval⦠come on.. poor customer service!!! Also, the young kid that works the front desk is rude and likes to talk down to women. Guess that makes him feel more of a man.
