Outstanding Service at Bay Brothers Mechanic Shop! I brought my new car into Bay Brothers Mechanic Shop to get my brakes fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the service advisor, Alex, was incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. The team worked efficiently, and my car was ready sooner than I expected. My brakes now work perfectly, and I feel much safer on the road. Bay Brothers are the best!!! I’ve been going to them for almost a year now. I can honestly say they’re professional, reasonable, and have integrity. They’re truly amazing and make you feel comfortable to bring your cars to them. They won’t charge you if something doesn’t need fixing so you will always pay for what work they do need to perform. Everyone who works there I’ve interacted with and have nothing but remarkable things to say about each of them. I’ll keep returning to them for any of my car repairs in the future. I highly recommend people check them out because they helped me out when I got my car.

I dragged my feet on any regular maintenance outside of oil changes for awhile but when my vehicle hit 50k miles, it was time to find a shop to give it some extra love. First off, it was really easy to make an appointment online with them. Then, they were able to evaluate and do all the extra maintenance that same day. Everything they recommended was reasonable for the mileage and age of my vehicle so I really feel like this is a shop I can trust in the future.

Honestly can’t say enough good things here. Got a flat on a Sunday, went to Tire rack and ordered replacements, it had them as a local shop I can ship too. I got the car towed and they replaced the tires the day they came in. Very tech forward company so you can communicate various ways and the have a drop box that you can also pick up after hours too. Polite staff and I will be back to have more work done. Super satisfied.

Bay Brothers Automotive never disappoint me. I went to have my car check to make sure everything was good. I'd rather be safe than sorry. They are honest, trustworthy, A friendly staff with excellent customer service and they have the best mechanics that know what they are doing. Reasonable prices without the price gouching. Genuine guys who don’t try to rip you off, they mostly test things for free and don’t tell you there’s things to fix that don’t need it. Extremely reasonable prices, no super long unexpected waits.
