Another great experience with Bavarian Auto. I have used their service for over a decade. More importantly, I fully trust them to keep my wife’s Mini Cooper Countryman in top condition. Fair price, excellent guarantee, and personable staff. You need service on you BMW, Land Rover, Mini Cooper, I recommend you take it to Bavarian Auto first, you’ll be glad you did.

Once again, Bavarian Auto Repair was great. I understand the value of having one company that can do anything that I need done with my vehicle and love the relationship that it builds. I called and once again, worked with Ryan about the few things that I am hearing with my car. He took it in and I had the items done that I knew that I needed and they checked for anything that I might have missed. When I walked into the office of Bavarian Auto Repair (BAR), there was a sense of competence, professionalism and friendliness. It felt like coming home and the family just wants to know … how can I make you happy. Ryan is the perfect front face for the company. He has that pleasing customer service demeanor. He cares that you receive what you came for. At the end of my visit, I walked away feeling my BMW found a home for all the future care it needs. That is an amazing feeling. My Ultimate Driving Machine will actually be an Ultimate Driving Machine. Thank You Ryan and Thank you Bavarian Auto Repair. BAR was a referral from the Owner of Tint World in Universal City, Mr. Billings. He mentioned BAR services all of his BMWs. He made that statement with an undeniable level of satisfaction; therefore, I had to make sure my BMW got that experience too. I am very happy.

Had the entire frontend for my S7 drop and turned out the air suspension had gone out - Ryan was super cool, helpful & courteous on the phone that I immediately had a good feeling about this shop. The repair estimate was accurate, as was the timeframe that Ryan laid out for me. These guys both met and exceeded my expectations from a service perspective & they also back their work with a 2 year/24K mile warranty, which is awesome. Will definitely be bringing my ride back to them when service needs call - got some more frontend work on the horizon. See you dudes then - thanks again for the great work!

Horrible experience. They are total predators who just want to ring up a huge bill and waste your time with their multi-diagnostic. Stay away. And service advisor, Albert, doesnt listen. Trust me. There are many other options out there who actuallty care about your time and needs

Took the car in for an excessive oil leak. Alfredo was very personable and took the time to explain the issues with the car. Turns out the Take 5 I had the oil change with never bothered to change the gasket and it was visibly damaged. They took great care of my car and I will be taking it back to them for oil changes from now on.

This was my first time with Bavarian Auto Repair, the service went beyond the call of duty. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend Bavarian Auto Repair. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I was very satisfied with the service. I had an oil change done and there was strings attached. Awesome service.

Alfredo was very patient and explained every step to me. I was expecting the worst but as it turned out, their first diagnostic move revealed a simple problem and my Audi is good as new. The front desk was friendly and quick. Highly recommended.

I will tell you they are honest and they will show you EVERYTHING that you need to know. I had been taking it to Premier1 Auto and EVERY PART that was used was China (short lived and broken) Bavarian does not hide where they get their parts and they guarantee it and stand by their repairs. I will never go back to Premier1. I love my new Mini’s home and I hope Bavarian stays put and never moves!!! I tell you, they know European cars inside and out. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my Mini Cooper feel important. I always feel happy when I drive away😁

Bavarion Auto Repair offers great customer service ..shout out to Ryan…they fixed our SUV in record time and did not give us the run around or try to upsell us. They are skilled at what they do and operate with integrity. We will be making the 2+ hour drive for any and all vehicle needs from now on.

Found this shop via a search on Google Maps when my 2015 Cayenne S broke down during a business related trip to the San Antonio area. They were helpful in my first phone call and I decided to have vehicle towed to them for repairs. I knew what broke but it was good to have a shop look the vehicle over and do the repairs, especially given that I do not live in the area. Within a couple of weeks they had it repaired and cleaned up then I picked up the vehicle during another business related trip. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs in the shops area.

A message that I sent to the owner. Extremely unhappy right now. "I have spent about $1400 with your shop and I've gotten an oil change, an oil filter and a new battery out of it. The latest visit left me very frustrated. Your employees have been courteous, but I specifically asked that the oil leak issue in my vehicle be addressed. Instead, I got a new filter and when I asked technician when I picked up the car whether the oil leak was fixed, he said he didn't know and that if it continues to leak, to bring it back. A deep dive diagnostic was done on my vehicle to try and find the cause of a lot of fault codes that are showing up in diagnostic. I asked for the inspection report for the latest visit twice and it hasn't been provided to me. As of now, I have no proof that any work was done on my car during my most recent visit. There was a large oil warning sign that was lit up in the main part of the dash telling me the oil was at a critically low level. It came back on when I took the car home. Today, I when I checked the oil level it was critically low. I went and bought some oil and and put it in myself. Unbelievably negligent on your shop's part to let me drive away without even checking the oil levels on my car which leads me to believe there was no inspection done of any kind on my car during the most recent visit. Without proof of that, I am formally asking for a refund for the most recent visit. That's the only way to make this right for me." Update: The inspection report was sent to me a couple of hours after I posted this review.

Went in for suspension noise and they wanted to charge me $2,700 to replace front struts in order to make the noise go away. Well took the x3 to German motor works in cibolo, and it ended up being a loose control arm. Only $150 to make noise go away.
