Super honest people! Honest assessment--I definately have found my new repair shop! UPDATE: The above 5 star review was written about 5 years ago. Now I have more car trouble and take it back in to find that super honest part has left the building. First of all, I saw they charged me an extra hundred above the part price I got from Autozone. Then I saw the tow cost. I had called a towing company who quoted me $92 for tow and then upon learning they were towing to Baumans said it would only be $90 and I could just roll that cost in with repairs. Well Baumans charged me $130 for that tow! Every line item had a huge upcharge on it! I had asked if they could also change out the spare on my car with the new tire I had in the trunk. The new tire ended up being bad but guess what? Yep, they STILL charged me $25 just to put it on the rim and throw it back in the trunk. And $200 for a diagnostic ! Don't go to this place unless you have money to waste! I will definately never go back.

Extremely happy so far with Baumann Auto Repair. Brad took the time to listen and answer questions. He worked with the extended warranty company to get my car repaired with a new (used engine with less mileage than my car) quickly. The other repair shop I had taken it to wanted to charge $15,000 for a new one only and would not work with me or the warranty company for a used one! Haven’t had it back very long but seems to run perfectly! I have found a new repair shop and recommend them to others. Thank you Brad and mechanics for your excellent service!

Brad the front man, and manager really knows vehicles and they're mechanics well. And Mark, the head mechanic, makes sure my 2000 Dodge truck,( that I've had for 24 years and love), has the best care, so I can keep it on the road. I am a girl, and I really feel like I can trust them not to tell me it needs more work than necessary, but also everything it needs to keep it safely on the road. They take great care of me! 10/10 This shop is Extremely helpful and thoroughly comprehensive in their detailed explanation of the issues encountered in my F150. Staff was extremely pleasant to talk to and a thorough breakdown of all fees, parts and labor expenses was provided. Thoroughly recommended if you have an issue that NEEDS to be fixed NOW.

Best shop to go to! Mark is your guy! You want him working on your car He is lead tech here & he knows his stuff he is very knowledgeable at diagnosing your car takes the time to explain what your car needs what it would costs very through shook my hand very courteous excellent customer service from the whole team! I felt at ease & comfortable leaving my car here. Most shops wanna try to trick you or add extra needs not this place this place is honest & reliable for your car needs!

I've been going here for a couple of years. This shop has great for me! I only wish they were closer to me. My car is a lemon, but they've helped me keep it going for longer than I expected. Prices seem high, but are actually pretty fair and reasonable when considering inflation.

Thank you again Baumann. Craig made me feel at ease in bringing in my truck that had a miss fire. Mark the lead tech was amazing and diagnosing car and fixing the coil issue. He met me and shook my hand and explained everything to me. I have peace of mind I know where to bring my vehicle when I need a repair. would recommend 100 percent. Fair and honest service and price. Baumann's is my go-to mechanic- they are fast, friendly, and fair. They do quality work for their customers because they care, not just to make a buck. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, taking the time to make sure I understood exactly what they were doing and approved of the work before getting started. A great experience all-around! Thanks a bunch!

Baumann has cared for cars in my family since the 1960s and they've always taken good care of us. We live out near 1604 and Culebra but old habits are hard to break; we still make the trek to the Cincinnati location. (Grew up in the area) . Baumann has always treated us right. Honest, dependable, and ready to serve!

Unfortunately, I had to edit my review. They do not honor prior agreements and decide to upcharge enough to make up for any discounts. Not a reputable business in my opinion, and will take my business elsewhere. Very greedy and terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. They don't value you.
