Great Service. Professional and they know what they’re doing. I’ve been going from place to place for 4 years and this is the only shop that was able to fix my car. It took awhile, but 100% worth it. In their defense, I dropped my car off 30 mins before they open (thinking it was another station I made an actual appointment with) and they were booked solid. My car isn’t an easy car to fix and they stuck with it and we’re honest about the problems and cost. I am very pleased. Not a single complaint. Best car repair station I’ve come across in over 30 years.

Absolutely great work and will give honest recommendations on the work. Rick and his team were able to recommend a repair that was needed on our 2016 Jeep that we had just grown accustomed to and it is now so much better. They just replaced the brakes on my 2013 Mazda and were way better priced than a chain up the street. Thank you! I will continue to bring my vehicles here for work!

One of the best places to go for vehicle inspections because these guys are super flexible with scheduling and do same day inspections (probably one of the only spots in the area that do walk ins) as long as you have time to wait. They are skilled, super experienced, and so efficient! Big thank you to Rick and Bill for the phenomenal work .

I called to ask a a few questions. The person who answered the phone said he was not the owner and just hung up on me. To me that is just not good business. I hope it was just an off day.

I had a emissions and inspection done and my car had no check engine lights on it before bringing it in after getting my car back it was making loud noises check engine light came on the day after went to Autozone it was a vapor valve canister had no problem with my car whatsoever till I brought to him never wanted to help me and his mechanic did it

I have called 3 different times about a tire and I swear he don't care if he makes a sale or not. Straight up condescending and arrogant. Go online it's cheaper too

I moved here last year and this is the first time I needed a mechanic, and I'm really glad I took my car to Bates Street! My blower stopped working and they replaced it, rotated my tires, and had it finished in less than 24 hours. They were also friendly and the price was reasonable.

They fixed my little car after an accident. It was all out of pocket for me and the price was very reasonable. They came highly recommended by my body shop guy. I thought they would've gone ahead and replaced my headlight bulb though. Still, I do recommend this shop.

Called on Tuesday 1/31 to see if I can bring my vehicle in to get looked at. Said he had about 3-4 cars in front me wouldn’t be able to get it in on Tuesday. Ask for my information for him to give me a call back for me to bring it on Wednesday or Thursday. Because he probably could on either one of those days depends on what has to be done on the 3-4 cars he mentioned. He Never called on Wednesday, so I figure I’ll call on Thursday to get an update on when I should bring my vehicle. Once called, he said I was suppose to be there on Wednesday when he never even call me to bring my vehicle up there. Then stated he won’t be able to get to me til next week. What was the point of taking my information down when you didn’t even call? how was I suppose to know when to bring my vehicle? So unprofessional. Didn’t do and not going to do business with this company.. not professional to get the run around.
