I had a spark plug repair on my expedition and when I got it back there was a smell of antifreeze coming from the vents. I drove it a few days to see if it would go away but it didn't. It was causing my windows to steam up. It was obvious they had damaged my heater core when working on my car. When I approached them about it the denied any responsibility and yelled at me and told me to get out. Do not bring your business to them. If they break something they won't fix it. The problem I have now will cost more to fix than what I went there for.

They did my exhaust changing the muffler to make it sound louder , it ended up all rusting off a year later , when I first got it done that day they fixed my truck. There was already a leak and I had to take it back to them. Not worth your money no idea how this place has 4 stars.

Took my wife's car here after after a front end fender bender. They were substantially cheaper then literally EVERYONE else we called. And the car turned out amazing. Very very fast turn around time too

Barry does great work at a great price. He does custom exhaust work that other shops have no idea how to do. Just has the brakes done on my 2008 Explorer, in and out the same day.

Never no complaints at no time, he gave me a quote sometimes its lower and sometimes its higher thats why its called estimate, most peeps i believe are common since people you kno stuff breaks apart along the way thats the facts most parts are covered up by electrical lines gas lines break lines, i always kno what the job details, if its a big problem they call to confirm the work always open comunacation , "i too call metro towing out of Waterford best reasonable rates

If I could give 0 stars I would! I brought my car here twice and BOTH times my car was messed up. There was little to no communication, I had to show up at 7:30 pm (because the phones were off since they were closed, I couldn’t get through) to find out my car was done for 2 hours and they never called me to tell me. They “fixed” my muffler just for it to have to be fixed again within the first 3 months. The second time I brought my car here they had it for over a week, again I had to constantly call to get any information, they told me the part costed 1,000 brand new but it cost 300. So I agreed to them putting a used part on my car (me knowing nothing about cars I trusted a shop to know what they were doing and I didn’t know it was only $300 at the time). They got the used part, broke it and used RTV to basically super glue the broken part back on. Then put that part on my car! Never once did they tell me! Due to the used part being broke, a bold wasn’t even doing anything, it was just set in there. The bold not being in correctly caused my brakes to not work properly and grind! They charged me $600 to super glue and bubble gum my car together just for me to have to fix it AGAIN 5 months later (which only cost me $375 with a different Mechanic). I DO NOT recommend them at all!
