Recently got a 4 wheel alignment done on my 2018 Audi A4 and believe me when I tell you that the customer service this shop provides is exceptional!!! George was the advisor that helped me out and he was knowledgeable about every question I had. He was super friendly too and easy to talk to. He even showed me around the shop and some of the cars they were working on. He knows his stuff for sure and this shop doesn’t mess around, they’re upfront and honest about the needs for your car. I definitely will be coming back for any services I need for my Audi.

Baron’s has earned my continued loyalty! George and the rest of the team are exceptional. And I trust them with my car. I trust George to tell me the truth about what is going on with my car and not have to worry that some random frivolous charges have been added, as well as properly diagnosing something. For example, I thought I had a timing belt issue and something else with my transmission in my VW. It could have been upwards of thousands of dollars in repairs. He could have just let me believe that was the issue. He came and grabbed me and showed me it was just (not just, could have been bad if I waited longer- but cost/repair wise) a lose bolt and he had to replace that bc it had been stripped and the time and labor. He explained it all to me in laymen’s terms. He is fair and he is honest and kind. I asked him for his guidance on switching cars from my VW Jetta to an Audi A6 3.0 Quattro. I really want that Audi! But George explained to me about the costs of repairs on the engines in the long term at high mileage, and it makes much more financial sense to me, the consumer, to not switch. It would be more beneficial to him and the business if I switched. But he looked out for me in this circumstance. I’m so grateful to find a shop with such wonderful and trustworthy mechanics! Thank you George and the Baron’s team!

Came in here to get my tire replaced after it blew out these guys are awesome. They took care of me quickly and they were efficient and they also save me some money. I will recommend these guys five times out of five. I can’t wait to come back and see them again when they replace all my tires and all my brakes in February if you’re looking for honest work, these are the guys make sure you ask for Jorge. He is the owner and they always take care of you.

Had great experience with this shop, had some issues with alignment on my Tesla Model Y, Jorge and Vitaliy had me back on my wheel in no time, very reasonable pricing too. If i need your car fixed/maintained this is definitely a great place to go!

This was my first time using Baron's foreign car service for repairs to my 2011 BMW X5. The service was really impressive while working with George and Deon. The team was thoughtful, well spoken, responsive, and did the work quickly and at a fair price. Best of all is all the technology they have from checking in for the appt, getting emails and texts on the progress of the car and the details on what needed to be fixed, etc. It was a welcome upgrade from the shop I was using prior. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I got front brakes and rotors on a Subaru Outback and multi point inspection. They explained observed issues and showed photos of observed wear and tear that will need work in the near future. They were not pushy but helped recommend a service timeline. Turn around was quick and the communication was good. Relative to the current market the price was reasonable for the service performed. I took advantage of the discount for cash payment.
