They charged me $89 for full service when I clearly stated I was only there for a oil change. My husband went for our last oil change and they only charged him $50. Definitely felt taken advantage of. Also the guy was very creepy and tried to enter my car so he could reset it, Whatever that means. 100% made me feel so uncomfortable. Never coming back.

Had to return back because I had an oil leak, upon re arriving i found out they reused the same drain plug and washer even after having given them a new OEM drain plug and washer, and they kept the new part I gave them. The store manager was very professional and refunded me for the oil change, but I don't trust the mechanic who works down stairs, therefore I can't bring my car back here for services.

Stopped in today due to a flashing Check engine light. The owner Stopped what he was doing and did the diagnosis and got me back on the road. He refused my offer to pay him. Thankful for good people running good businesses

Ive been several times for a state inspection but it's such a hassle just to get in line that I won't be coming back. They only use one bay out of three available and then have mass confusion trying to get in line. They stand in the shade and point where you should park to make a line but expect the customers to figure out who was first and then stand there shaking their heads as if the customers are idiots. Very frustrating to deal with.

I've been a customer for just about 10 years. I won't go anywhere else. I know this sounds cliche` but honestly, being a woman and being by myself, seems to make me a target when I have taken my vehicles anywhere else. I was ripped off BIG. These guys at BCOC, especially Chris whose been there 22 years, take care of me and I trust they're doing what they say they're doing. Plus the price is right! So I stay where the service is good and I appreciate the honesty. In fact I'm on my way there now!

These guys are loots. Charged me a ridiculous $89 for a synthetic oil change. What a sham!!!! I told him I get it for $50 at the most but he was like no it is 89. Very dishonest people.

Damaged my oil cooler and told me there is nothing they would do to make it right. Inform your customer of damage begore touching the vehicle not after doing the work. Not a drop of oil in my driveway until after leaving this place.

I've been a customer for about 20 years. But on Saturday my son took his car in for an oil change. One of the tech's recommended that his coolant should be flushed because it "looked dirty". The car had 19k miles! I take responsibility that I had not clearly communicated to my son about maintenance schedules in the owner manual. But I take issue with the tech recommending a coolant flush ($60) when he knew about the low mileage, which was 50k miles sooner than was needed. Clearly tech's are encouraged to take advantage of younger people by recommending unnecessary service. They have lost my trust. They are willing to lose my business for a $60 service. If you aren't sure of the maintenance schedule of your car, be aware that you are at risk of being taken advantage of. While I'm sure they won't miss my future patronage, perhaps others will read this and be aware of their lack of integrity and take their business elsewhere. It is not worth the risk. They have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted.
