Brought my Buick Enclave in for an oil change and Joe was there to write me up. Was greeted by Gay and Shontelle also as I walked into the service department. As my car was being worked on I went and had a chat with Dwayne in sales. Joe came up front brought me my keys and told me my car was ready and no rush. To all the service dept, especially Joe, Gay and Shontelle for making this visit and all my service appointments enjoyable. Good job and a great team. Thank you!
