As the customer service is ok.how ever experience in the world of Cadillac is not there strong points as shop keeped gusssing on potential issues with the brake system. Seems to me they wanted to make an easy $2500 after doing some research I decided to pull the plug took my vehicle to a trusted shop that someone recommend this new shop FIX my Cadillac for a fraction of $139 in just 5hrs NOT days..thank you

Bar C Outfitters is an excellent automotive shop for any and all of your automotive needs. Steve, the Master mechanic, and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled technicians and are a nice polite group of individuals who really made my first time visit the best experience ever out of all of the times I've been to many mechanic shops. Steve is a subject matter expert in the automotive industry, his input and experience really helped solve some concerns I had for today's visit. Their prices are very great and affordable, and the waiting area is really nice and comfortable, great atmosphere. I've already told Steve that this will be my one stop shop for all of my future automotive needs. Thanks a lot, Steve! You're the man. 🫡

Amazing customer service from Steve and great work from the whole team! I reached out to Steve via text and he was able to provide me an estimate in PDF format for brake pads service within a few minutes. I agreed to the reasonable price provided and he scheduled an appointment for the very next day at 6pm. I dropped my car off at the scheduled time and within a couple of hours it was ready. Their late hours are very useful for working people and it sets them apart from other auto shops in the area. From now on, I will be taking all of my cars to Steve and the team!

I came in with a problem with my A/C not cooling in my vehicle. I was only getting cool air out of one vent. Steve was able to troubleshoot and determine the issue was the condenser within 15 minutes. The part was replaced and vechile was ready in 2 and half hours. Steve is a very honest mechanic and provides a very thorough overview of the problem and provides you very detail feedback of what needs to be done.

I needed repairs to my 2005 GMC 1500 4x4. Steve and Bar-C Outfitters did an outstanding job on the transmission rebuilding, re-gearing, seals, brake work, ABS and Check Engine diagnosis, custom drive shaft, and alignment.. They use quality parts and completed the work for a fair and reasonable price and in a timely manner. Bar-C Outfitters and their crew made me feel like a priority.
