Called repeatedly, they are open and they will not answer their phone. Their voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message, and I can't get in contact with anyone at the shop. I need a repair, but apparently they have more than enough clients already. Edit: Not clearing your mailbox is ridiculous. You literally don't give customers an option to get a call back, I'm not going to spend all day calling a business when my first five aren't answered and I can't even leave a message. Cry about the one star all you want, have better business practices and you won't get them.

I came here yesterday to get my rear brakes and rotors changed and let me tell you it was the fastest service I ever had, and the PRICES CANT BE BEAT!! Thank you Darius for your service and availability.

Worse autobody experience in my life and I took autobody at tech high school so I know how it should have been done. Not only was the customer service lacking professionalism it went as far as Banner calling my wife out of her name a “B**ch” to be exact! All because she called and asked him what is taking so long as the car was sitting in his shop from Dec 20th- Mar 23rd and had like a 100 extra miles on it! He also had my insurance company send him two checks totaling 5 thousand dollars and after 3 months of us being without a car this is the horrible work he and his associates completed. So you know he did not spend half of that 5 thousand to fix my car. The far away pics of the car is before the accident. The close up pics is after car was in shop for 3+ months and 5K stolen. The text is just further proof of the horrible communication. You can spend money with him at your own risk but I would never go to them again nor have I received an apology!

Got my breaks and rotors done as soon as I pulled in. Edit* got an oil change about 5 months ago, my car recently lost some power to the engine, sent it to the dealership and recently found out they did not fill it to the correct level and I should have known only because when I allowed them to replace my gasket covers they put the top of my engine cover back on crooked and it stripped where the screws were supposed to go as well as two screws that holds it for extra security came off and i was only able to find one screw that was in my driveway. Was also told I needed some other piece of my car replaced and never got a price for it so I waited and again came to find out, that wasn't the case at all. My motor mounts were completely destroyed. (Most likely by wear-and-tear) but almost spent money where it didn't need to go. Sometimes cheap isn't the way to go or word of mouth. Good hearted people just not as knowledgeable as I would like to think.

Please find a shop that knows what they’re doing. These guys aren’t that shop. Run far and fast from this place, they not mechanics more like parts changers and they’re not even good at that! I’d give 0 stars if I could. We were referred here by a friend, apparently not a true friend.

They replaced my alternator in 2007 ES350. Best price anywhere!!! The part I brought them was defective from shipping. Anthony went above and beyond to find a alternator in the area. Very honest and trustworthy!!! They even top my fluids and put air in the tires. Will not go anywhere else for repairs. I would give them 10 stars if possible!!!!!

This business Completely lies about the turn over time for your vehicle, my car sat in this shop for weeks just to then see the new paint did not even match my vehicle how I was promised it would. Looks like a completely rushed job, there’s no signs of professionalism in the work nor the time it took to get the work done....Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

This business was getting ready to close and I called at the last minute to schedule to have my battery replaced the next day. Not only did they go above and beyond by told me to come over even though they were closing to replace my battery but they were quick, professional and not expensive. I don’t usually find a business that I can give 5 stars but the hospitality and they exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back when I need more work done!!
