Terrible experience with Bamileke Tires. My daughter took her car recently to replace a tire before leaving it was 1 lost bolt the other 3 bolts stripped. By the next morning, that same tire was completely flat. Went back, the owner only refunded the cost of the tire but didn't address the 1 missing bolt, the 3 stripped bolts or the damage done to the rotor. Went to another shop, & was confirmed the 1 lost bolt, stripped 3 of the remaining bolts & damaged the rotor, making the car undrivable. The other shop asked how this level of negligence even happened & why did they allow the car to leave with 1 missing bolt & 3 stripped ones knowing riding on those bad bolts & bad rotor could end badly & cost money you don't have. Now left scrambling for parts & paying labor fees. The response from the tire shop was dismissive, suggesting that I had a good idea in mind to "take them to court" instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. This lack of professionalism & accountability is unacceptable, especially considering the serious safety risks involved. I'm grateful my daughter noticed something was wrong when the tire came halfway off before it turned into a tragedy. God, now have to making sure to double-check everything. This review is the full event that occurred in this case so I don't know how was anyone else's service from this shop, so it's nothing defamatory about this review just except your customer wasn't satisfied with the shop entire service. Looks like I need to start looking into what's the next step now. Bills can't wait to keep walking everywhere to find the parts & have something left to pay for labor. Yea that's right all 4 bolts have to be replaced, the rotor & the labor while missing alot of work. I think it's something about Georgia not taking anything seriously until something happens then they want to make changes.

Bamileke Tires and Mobile Services provided fast and exceptional help when I needed it most. Late on a Saturday night, I found myself with a flat tire after running over something. I called several other tire service companies, but none of them answered. Bamileke Tires and Mobile Services, however, picked up on the first ring! The employee I spoke with was attentive and recommended the best service at a very reasonable price for my car. Initially, I was expecting only to have my spare tire installed and to buy a new tire later. To my surprise, Bamileke Tires and Mobile Services exceeded my expectations by having a brand-new tire that perfectly fit my car. Their service was incredibly quick, reliable, and hassle-free, all at an unbeatable price. This is by far the best tire service I’ve ever received. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to take a moment to let the city know about the best tire shop in Atlanta. Bamileke Tires & Mobile Service. I ran over something in the street in downtown Atlanta and flattened two tires around 8:00 pm. They need more streetlights so we can see. I called him and he was there in less than 20 minutes would’ve been sooner, but we all know traffic in Atlanta. He replaced and mounted my tires and I was on my way. The quick response and service was unbelievable. Also consider the time it happened. The average tire place is closed and AAA doesn’t replace and mount tires. Save his number just in case you need it. Truly the best..!!

I was in a really bad situation and needed 2 tires for my truck as soon as possible within a reasonable budget since I was scheduled for a long road trip the next day. Luckily for me I came across this wonderful shop. The crew at the shop was very helpful and extremely professional! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless the service was truly worth it and I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend them for anyone in need of high quality tires!

My sister was visiting and noticed a flat when she was heading home. Bamileke answered right away on a Saturday evening. They showed up in 45 minutes and charged us exactly what they quoted it. The gentleman did a great job and got her on her way quickly. Highly recommend!

Such a scam. I thought this guy was legit and a great deal, but he sold me a bad tire. After about an hour of driving on the highway, it had deflated down to 23 psi. I tried calling him back to fix it, but no answer. Don't waste your money, go to an established business.

We had an emergency tire issue on an odd size steer tire ( 385/65 22.5). These guys went out of their way to find us a tire, get it to their shop and replace our tire all in a timely manner..All on a Sunday. They gave us a call out rate which was by far cheaper than any roadside service rate we've been quoted in the past 25yrs that we've been trucking! Very nice and very professional. We will definitely be using them again.

I called I was asked the size of my tire which I have just needed an installation the caller hung up after I said my tire size no response as to why or he can’t do it just ended the call. I thought it was an accident I call back no one answer I sent a text no response. Very unprofessional would not recommend doing business with this merchant I hope this helps someone and saved them from wasting their time. Legit just ended the call and stop answering very unprofessional

My family & I were blessed with the service we received, especially given that the tire we needed was in stock. Mario was helpful & patient. Our rig isn't a cut & dry tire change. I caught a flat (tire exploded) and was referred to Bamileke for expert tire services by a friend. I contacted Mario and he walked me through the process. We filled the form out, paid and he got to us within 45 minutes. As soon as he got here, he assessed the tire and fixed it within 20 minutes. Service was excellent, quick and efficient. Thanks to Mario we are back on the road!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYY!!!! He sold me TWO bad tires AND they were the wrong size. I found out from the car company Lexus! I reached out and sent a bunch of text messages, pictures of the tires and receipts from Lexus! And I called and he NEVER RESPONDED!!! I called from a different number and he picked up! So he wasn’t busy, he was just ignoring me on purpose!!!! This company is sneaky, shady and BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!! The ethical thing to do would be to just fix the problem or issue me a refund, they did neither!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE !!!!!

Great service! Pretty sure I picked something up with my tire on my way home. Even though I called when it was late and past 11PM already, they came to my home in time and I got new tires installed in less than 30 mins!

Great service. We discovered our tire was completely flat on the way home. I found this company on Google Maps. The gentleman who answered was very kind and professional. His quote was the quote : no added fees or tricks. We didn't have to wait long, and when he arrived, he changed the tire in about 10 minutes. Greatful for awesome customer service.

I love Love LOOOOVE this company! The experience with them from start to finish was phenomenal. The gentleman that answered the phone and came to service my truck was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He went above and beyond to fix my 26'' rim and provided a brand new tire! Oh let's not forget he came to me, hence the name!!! I would highly recommend you guys use this company and save the number in your favorites!!!!
