Baker’s has become our go-to for our vehicles. Juan and Jared are extremely helpful in getting us in & out in a timely manner. This is the first automotive shop that I’ve never felt like I’m being pressured into something not needed. They take great care of our vehicles and help keep us on the road.

I recently took my Infiniti to the Nissan dealership that I have been going to for about 20 years (yes, I take my INF to a Nissan dealership) and I felt like I was no longer being treated honestly. A quote for over $1,000 for an issue with a check engine light seemed over the top. So, I felt it was time to find an independent car repair location. Baker's has glowing reviews and a dive into the reviews demonstrated a common thread - they are honest. Just picked my car up and paid under $200 for the $1,000 repair AND it was not the repair that Nissan told me was necessary. It was two VERY obvious split hoses. And, for the ladies out there (and guys like me) - their waiting area is pristine!! Everyone I met, including the owner, were very professional and respectful. I think I have found a new car mechanic.

Was driving during the snow storm when the snow made a part of my skid plate / undercarriage flip and start scraping loudly under my Dodge charger ! Went to Bakers since they were one of the only open mechanics during the storm! Was greeted by very friendly staff to a very clean and well decorated waiting area! With refreshments , and little knick knacks for sale! After 20 mins I was brought back my keys and told that the service would be free! Since it was just a bolt that needed to be replaced, they handed me my keys and I left ! Will forever be using Bakers for my mechanic needs! solely for the principle and quality of service I experienced on a total random trip to the mechanic shop DURING A STORM! THANK YOU BAKERS!

Although there were unexpected complications that occurred with my vehicle repair, Juan kept me informed about the progress being made. He took the time to explain things to me as best he could. He was also very apologetic about the extra time it took to fix my car even though there was nothing he could do about it.

Baker’s goes above and beyond for their customers. I have never found an auto shop to be more reasonable, straight forward with you, and willing to figure out and fix a problem than I have here. I could not recommend them more.
