I've never before had a shop follow up with me after a repair to make sure I'm satisfied that everything was done correctly! Even before that, I was pleased with Baker's work. Bob was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, the job was done quickly and without any drama, even made me aware of a couple potential problems I wasn't aware of. Absolutely no regrets about using Baker!

Bob and his mechanics are wonderful, thiurl trust worthy and I will continue to use there service for all my cars . From the moment I walked in to picking up my cars , the issues I have had with cars and the frustration of fixing them my self I will forever use and recommend bakers auto . Thank you everyone at Baker so much I really appreciate you . I had to come back and post took a truck up to Bob and Dave at bakers for a truck I thought was a lost purchase from a private seller, nope Bob and Dave come thru again and have my truck running like brand new I'm so grateful I stopped in at bakers and I'm very thankful for all they have done . Thank you Bob and Dave great guys and good attitude

This place just saved me $4000. I went to Waterford Goodyear and they told me I had to do $4000 worth of repairs to fix a small issue with a pipe underneath my vehicle that just needed a little bit of welding. I brought it here because they were willing to take a look at it and within 30 minutes they had located the issue and told me that they had fixed it. This is the only Mechanic I will use from here on out. I’ve had a lot of shady issues with other mechanics in the area. This company is amazing.

I think this place is so professional the staff are honest very well organized very friendly I love how they are on top of everything they checked everything very carefully and fixed my issue within the same day my jeep is running so good I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family

Really went downhill since they changed management. They will nickle and dime you and the mechanics struggle with simple alignments. Go anywhere else.

I have been going to Baker for years. I have always felt that Baker treats me fairly, and only recommends services that are actually needed at fair and reasonable prices. Plus the turnaround time is almost always the same day.

Bob & Brian were wonderful. I went in for windshield wipers and they found a tie rod problem. I could have been stranded on the side of the road (soon) with a tow fee tacked on. I am so glad I stopped in. My car is driving much better now. Feel much safer now. Love this shop and the friendly customer service. They are the BEST!! Thanks again.

SIMPLY GREAT SERVICE HAPPY TO HAVE THEM TO WORK ON MY CARS THESE GENTLEMAN HAVE PROVEN THEY CAN DO THE HARDEST REPAIRS AND HELP PEOPLE FIX THEIR CARS I WISH THEY COULD FIX MY JEEP & KIA BUT I can't get the KIA there without spending alot of money I DONT have right NOW sad that I can't have it fixed and it just sits in my driveway !

The technicians actually took the time to listen to me, and communicated with me about the work to be done. They struck me as honest and professional. Several years ago, another company tried to charge me for something that was not necessary. I suspected as much so I went to this company for them to inspect what was supposed to be in need of repair. They checked it out and found that it was not in need of repair. They could have tried to charge me for something that was unnecessary, but they did not. I highly recommend them for any work on your automobile.
