Great car dealer I had one great experience customer service is great and the staff there is a great help they helped me in so many ways so I could get what I wanted and leave the lot with a car if you have bad credit they will work with you and find a way I recommend if your looking for a used car they might be used but great cars with great deals.

Please avoid going here at all cost. They will sell you a lemon and will not help you out. I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from them a few years back been breaking down ever since will not help me whatsoever if you need help please go somewhere else this is not the place to go. I am stuck with the truck that does not work paying $517 a month.

Me and my husband looking for a vehicle kept getting played around don’t know the guys name but he said my down payment was 700 then kept asking if I can pay 800 or or 1000 when we were told the first 3 times our payment would be 500. We told him 1000 and then he went up to 2000 felt as if he was playing with our money and didn’t even care. Tevin was nice just felt like he lacked training. Tevin texted me the night before and told me to come in at ask for elite everyone there lacks compassion I wouldn’t recommend Sunday told me I wouldn’t get approved after 2 days my husband told me he didn’t want to sell us a car because of our appearance if your looking for a car look elsewhere

I purchased a Mercedes SL 500, and promptly took it to The Mercedes-Benz dealership to be inspected. 1. Battery was going out 2. The sam unit needed to be replaced 3. The motors under each seat, the driver side and the passenger side needed to be replaced. Total repairs was going to be $8000. I took the car back right after inspection a week later from the Mercedes-Benz dealership, I gave the car back to them, and I was refunded my down payment, that was the only good thing that came out of this!

We recently bought a car and in less than 3 weeks car started having lots of issues including check engine light turning on and other lights on dash also and spare tire was slashed with car jack missing its just very very disappointing people be careful

I want to give a big shout out to Raymundo and Eddie for their awesome customer service!!! All the staff were very kind, professional, and welcoming. I went in around 9:00 am to look at a Ford edge. Raymundo helped us right away. Once seated at his desk he introduced us to his boss Eddie and then walked us through the lot to see if there was anything else we liked. Once they brought out the first car, the Ford edge, we test drove it and we knew that was the one. So we talked and Eddie informed us of the prices we would have to pay. He did it by giving us the worst case scenario. Then he went to his office to contact our bank and see what kind of deal he could work with themThe bank's system was down so it took him 4 hours of talking to the bank but when he came out he had come out with numbers better than we had asked for!!! When you drive off the lot you have to have full coverage insurance already. And when you get full coverage the car has to be at the insurance place so they can take pictures. Well Raymundo offered to go with us to get the insurance and Eddie agreed to let him. Now I'm a proud owner of a 2018 Ford Edge!!! Thank you so much!!! I recommend this place 100%!!!
