I visited Baity’s Discount today due to a punctured tire, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Mark – he did an amazing job! He responded quickly, repaired the tires efficiently, and ensured everything was done to a high standard. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Apparently this shop don’t know how to replace a valve stems from a sensor. I was told I have to buy 4 new sensors which will cost $400 for my Camry, what I need was a new rubber valve stems. So I went to Firestone shop instead only cost me $45. Don’t ever come here they will scam you.

Staff is extremely friendly. I came here suspecting my tires were the issue and they immediately checked it out and confirmed that I needed new tires. I didn’t feel like I was fed incorrect information and they even helped me find the most reasonably priced tire option. Would absolutely recommend this place. Was in and out within 2 hours or less.

Drop off in mornimg and pick up otw home from work. Received vehicle inspection in no time, called to let me know and was able to pay via phone...convenient for us full time employees finding local businesses to meet our schedules. Koolbeans 😁

The only place my family and I go to for anything car related. Have been coming here for ~5years. Staff is nice and knowledgeable and I have never felt that they were trying to overprice me on anything! Wait time is never too long . They get you in and out in a timely manner. Trustworthy and reliable!

A great group of guys went in to change a tire on my mower. The tire had so many holes in it they could not fix it. so they said they would order me one. I got a call later explaining to me how expensive the tire is and what would I like to do. I am so grateful and thankful for this level of integrity and kindness towards a customer. I will definitely be back.

Arrived at 7:30. First one in parking lot. First in the door. Just needed an alignment. They pulled 4 or 5 other cars in the garage that obviously arrived after me. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Customers arrive at these places early for a reason. Been dealing with Baity for years. No more. Half the employees clocked in after 8am. The other half just walks their coffee around. Hope this places shuts down. Wish the old crew was back. The new crew is incompitent.

My vehicle has 200,000 miles on it and has a few issues. The guys at Baity's did everything they could to help fix my vehicle. I also got a front end alignment now the car drives like it did when I first bought it. Supper nice and honest people I will definitely do my business with Baity's Tire.
