Tell your driver be professional around 6 40am I was in loves truck stop exit 630 someone was driving towing number 61 he was harassing No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.

I had one of the worst experiences with Bains Towing & Recovery. I was stranded for eight hours waiting for them to show up. Every time I called, they kept making excuses and lying about when the tow truck would arrive. I told the girl in the office, Angela, that I was in a dangerous situation with no food or water, and she actually laughed at me! Instead of showing any concern or helping, she kept lying and didn’t take me seriously. The lack of professionalism and basic human decency was shocking. I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially in an emergency. The driver started caressing at me and call me a bussy. We lost a job that we have to do because they kept lying to me about the time.

They charged me $1300 for changing two wheel seal at weed weigh station next day I went back for inspection and officer kicked me out bcoz they did nothing i call them again they fixed it after week wheel seal started leaking again

AVOID: My truck broke down and I called them to look at it. I sent a photo of the truck, they said the radiator needs to be replaced. Then they quoted me $4118. They told me they need an advance $531 which will be included in the total. Next day, they replaced the radiator and charged me extra $531+$4131. They said we replaced with an original radiator, but it was an after market part. As soon as I left, another 100 miles, truck went down again, and mechanic said it was a problem with the radiator. They used a cheap part and charged me for an original.

I was stuck on the side of the road with a horse trailer, a horse and my dog. My truck is a 1 ton dually crew cab. No one could tow that big of a truck. My husband took the dog and the horse home with another great stranger that stopped to help us. BTR was there in record time. I was alone. The driver, Chris was so professional, clean cut, calming. I was pretty wound up. He got the truck away from the trailer then he waited at least 45 minutes, if not longer, until my husband could get back with another truck to tow the goose neck trailer back home. Then, Chris helped us hook up our trailer to the other truck!! Amazing and the price was very reasonable. I was so blessed to find these guys!!

First they tell me that it is a vibro of 200 for going to pick up the car about 10 minutes away. Then they add 200 more unfairly. It's amazing that for a little work we have been able to get that service. If they plan to hire them, I don't assure you. There are unjustified charges. Great service. Had road service come out to check the rig I was driving after a while the mechanic gave up, saying truck needed a new starter. BTR showed up to tow it, but the driver Roy had it running in 10 minutes.

My truck broke down on the road and I called them to help me out and they said that they would help me out and were on the way. After an hour I called them again and they said they were looking for the part for the truck. After waiting for half an hour I called and texted but they never responded to any of my calls or texts. All the calls strated going straight to voicemail. After four hours of waiting and them not responding I decided to reach out to someone else. Very unreliable service. Don't rely on them.

This company is terrible. They were supposed to show up to tow my truck and didn't. They didn't contact me to let me know they weren't coming. We rescheduled for the following morning. An hour after they were supposed to be here, AGAIN, I still had no service update. They were unapologetic, but more importantly, they made absolutely no effort to communicate. They don't seem to value their customers. I recommend going through someone else.

Three axle tank truck broke down up on Highway 20 near Penn Valley. Needed to get it towed to Sacramento. Called Bains early afternoon hoping they could get it to Sacramento the next day. They said they could do it that day. They dispatched one of their big rigs and the driver got there within minutes of when they promised. He hooked up and got the truck down to Sacramento safely that afternoon - as promised. Driver was great!!

I have high marks for this company and Ron who works for them. I had a tire blowout on my boat trailer coming home from Bullards Bar reservoir, unsolicited Ron pulled up and asked if he could help. Really saved me in my family from a long afternoon and evening trying to get my boat home. These are good people.

Great prompt service! Driving out of a local campground we heard a loud noise. One of our leaf spring hangers on our trailer sheared off the frame and the other side had a crack as well. BTR to the rescue! Three hours after they came to our rescue they had us back safely on the road at a more than fair price.

No communication, no timeliness and not people of their word. I expressed that I absolutely needed to be kept in communication because of my schedule (I drive a semi regionally) and never got calls until 2 hours after I called them twice just to find out they didn't do what they said they would do.

I needed a tow truck this afternoon after my car broke down. I called two other local (Yuba-Sutter area) tow companies & both were going to be over 2 hour wait time. I then called BTR- they told me they could have someone to my location in 30 minutes or less. My car was on the tow truck within 15 minutes of my call! Josh, the tow truck operator, was very courteous & took great care of my car & getting it to my mechanic’s shop. I will definitely call BTR the next time I need a tow!

Literal thieves do not do business with this company. Had an extremely bad experience with one of the employees. Will never do business with Joseph or this company again and recommend the same to anyone else considering using their services.

We were in an accident and our travel trailer was totaled. Randy came out and towed our trailer away to the BTS yard. He met us the next morning (on a Saturday), let us onto the lot, and helped us recover what we could from our wrecked trailer. He was a gem and made a difficult situation a little easier. BTR has a professional & considerate crew. Highly recommend.
