Took my chevey hhr in for A/C service. Thought all I needed was freon. Well two hours passed so I went back to see what the problem was. Bruce said that they had not yet determined the problem.. He charge me $120.00 just to look and tell me he has not yet figured it out. Good thing I too my car because he said they were about to take the front end apart...all without asking me first. Ever since the original owner passed this place sucks.

Always easy in and out. Staff attentive and owner has a good memory and is friendly as well. If you need work done and want honest work and prices, this Northeast El Paso station is your best bet. Local as well.

Bagdon Diagnostic Center was very knowledgeable, fast and easy and the gentleman made it headacheless to get my state inspection done. And I also got them to check out my AC because we all know we need AC here in Texas.

Excellent family mechanic shop, one of the best in El Paso! I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and a majority of things Bruce and his crew can do at a fraction of the price vs getting ripped off from the dealer or scammed from a place on Alameda St. Other than major engine or transmission rebuilds or wheel alignments, they do it all. I have a 97 Mustang that I like to keep in pristine shape and maintain as close to a like new/good used condition as possible and will continue to bring it in for them to manage along with my two other vehicles.

Will never return to this place. Took truck for inspection, 4 hours later they call me and said they needed to replace the emergency hand brake or the inspection will not pass. They wanted 350 dollars. I told them that i would get a second opinion. The only thing that needed to be done was to adjust the rear brake drums and the emergency handbrake worked fine., I was charged 15 dollars at a different place to adjust the rear drum brakes.. Bad business.
