Service and people are great, I've been taking family cars here for years. My car has smelled sort of ashy/ like cigarettes when I picked it up a few times. Hopefully you don't get the technician that's a smoker. They're honest almost to a detriment, but their technicians will rummage through your personal belongings and go digging in places not related to your repair. Remove everything from your car.

I am so appreciative of the service I receive from B&W. Family run. Honest. Mechanics/techs have been there for a long time and know their stuff. I bring both my 2008 VW Passat and 2004 Chevy Avalanche to them and will continue to in the future. Very few shops like theirs exist any more...and that's a sad state of affairs for all of us. Trustworthy. All repairs checked have been done for me over the years.

B&W was very responsive. I had my car serviced at the dealer and was told I needed all new brakes. I called B&W and they quickly gave me a quote that was far more reasonable. They booked me an appointment the next day and even let me know I didn't need all brakes at this time, saving me money. Will definitely be bringing my car back!

Oil change is competitively priced. Brake inspection was FREE and they were honest about the brake condition— turns out the squeaking noise my car was making was just from a surface layer of burn marks and I had plenty of pads left.

Wow these guys work fast! "Jenny" their front desk person, the two dudes in the front, and the Techs working in a spotless shop are just good and damn fast. A bit pricey on labour per hour but when it's diagnosed, ordered, worked on, and done without wasting any time, AND done right the first time, I'm not going to scrimp on cost and drop for quality. Just worth it

The team at B&W Service were excellent. My Range Rover needed a brake job, new tires and the guild changing. I have not used them before and went by some of the on-line reviews. The team at the desk were friendly and focused, the mechanics were clear and didn’t over state what was needed. The price was fair for the work done and I will not hesitate to use them again.
