Finished on time and months before work could have been done out of Omaha. Worked well with insurance and followed up with phone calls. Friendly and everything looks great! Husband cannot tell a color difference at all

Extremely disappointing experience with B Street Collision. They returned my car with a clear and noticeable paint mismatch, which the manager openly acknowledged as obvious defect. To make matters worse, the car was dirty, warning lights on the dash when I picked it up. Although they have a well-lit, warm interior inspection area, they left the car outside for me to inspect—likely hoping I wouldn't notice the flaws. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expected much better.

someone i know applied here a week and a half ago, had a great interview and they said they’d be in touch whether he gets the position or not.. he’s called NUMEROUS times with no update. this place is a joke for this. take your hiring process seriously. this is EMBARRASSING for y’all. 0/5 for me if i could.

This is a review of S 37th location in Lincoln, NE. This is the worst shop I've ever been to. The workers obviously don't care about their jobs and the quality of work because I had to fix all the problems that they caused AFTER giving the car back. I was in a minor front end collision. They said they had replaced the radiator, AC condenser, front crash bar, and upper and lower radiator hoses. There was also body damage that needed straightened out. ALL THEY DID TO HELP WAS PULL THE RADIATOR SUPPORT OUT A BIT AND REPLACE THE FRONT CRASH BAR. They didn't do ANY of the other stuff they said. I looked under the hood, and the radiator was marked and patched, but not replaced, the AC condenser hadn't been touched, same with the radiator hoses. They overfilled the transmission fluid, even though they weren't supposed to touch it at all! They also didn't refill the coolant so it overheated 3 times on the way home. I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE and all those who say this shop is great needs a damn reality check.

They Refuse to give us an estimate up front. They kept saying, bring the vehicle in the shop let us fix it and then will tell you how much it will cost!! Worst shop!!

This is a review for B Street Collison in southwest Omaha. While I have used this location in the past with good results, this time I had horrible results. I took my car in for drivers side repair and when I went back to pick it up and on inspection noticed the front fender and door were not in alignment. The service writer even commented that the car should not have done out in this condition. When I went back to pick it up it appeared to be in satisfactory condition. However, the first time I went to washi it a couple of days later I noticed that a small corner where the hood and fender meet had been crushed. This was a corner they had repaired. So I tool it back and they agreed to fix it. When I picked it up again the corner looked good so I didn't think anymore about it. Big mistake. Next time I washed it I noticed the opposite side inside corner had a crush in it. All they had done was press or take a hammer and pounded the fender in place resulting in the other end to get crushed. I was so frustrated with their shoddy workmanship by now I decided to drop it and never use them again. Then I received a Christmas card from the owner and responded to him saying I would never used his body shop again. Instead of answering me directly he turned me over to a service writer who called me. I could tell by the tone in his voiced he didn't want to talk to me but asked me to bring my vehicle back again. I told him if you couldn't fix it the first time I didn't see the point. Well, that was the out he was looking for so he just said have a nice day. By now I have lost all confidence in this place. Not only do they do shoddy work their people are not interested in making you a satisfied customer. There are good quality body shop's out there but this is not one of them. They used to do good work but now they are apparently trying to squeeze out more profits at the expense of doing quality work. I can no longer recommend anyone to use this place. I know I, nor any of my friend's or family ever will again. My advice is do you due diligence prior to selecting a body shop. I wouldn't choice this one though.

We had a wonderful experience with B Street Collision. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and did a wonderful job keeping us updated throughout the repair process. Our vehicle was ready in half the time expected. Not only does the outside of our vehicle look brand new, they completely cleaned the inside as well. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

Getting into car accident is a terrible experience but everyone at B-Street Collision Center made it easier. My car looks amazing and although the insurance refused to pay for some of damages on bumper B Street took the time to buff and wipe the scratches off the back to make them look less noticeable. Something else small but actually really helpful was that they were able to get a piece of gum wrapper out of my window and dashboard I haven't been able to remove and has been annoying me for months. I appreciate their attention to details. Thank you!!

We've taken two cars to them. One car got hit by the largest raccoon in Nebraska and was repairable and the other car was a total loss. We get excellent service from b Street collision, I would use them again.

I had a great experience with B Street Collision getting my car back together!! They did an amazing job repairing my car- it was quite a mess when I brought it in! I was kept informed on the stages & progress frequently. The entire staff was so professional and easy to work with. My car was not only repaired, but cleaned inside and out, and even detailed! It looks like new now!!! Thank you for helping me through this difficult situation.

Took our truck in about a year ago for things to be fixed from a car accident and this was a second shop for the truck to be at, and while it was inspected at the first shop and nothing was wrong with the truck only the body cladding to be fixed front bumper and two rims where chipped and the radiator was cracked. Going into B street collision the pre alignment was good only the things where wrong was what the other shop and my insurance noted. Getting the truck back In worse condition then what it was my insurance paid for a bumper to be fixed and it wasn’t touched a power steering line was broken in the process of them working on the truck getting the truck back the line was broke with no power steering in the truck which the power steering for this particular truck runs the cooling fan. And when they were putting in a new radiator, they swapped lines from the over flow tank line into the air intake box and the valve cover line into the neck of the radiator. Which was allowing coolant to go into the air and take and slowly the coolant was eating the air intake filter, and the filter pieces were going into the motor which eventually locked up the motor didn’t even drive the truck for 5,000 miles. talking to the owner of the company about this and my fiancé recorded the conversations under his knowledge was very unprofessional talking to a customer they was he was and he was very defensive that his guys didn’t even have to touch the lines to the air intake and even in his own pictures from the shop they did in fact and that was part of one of the recordings and then in another recording went into detail about how they Did take off the lines and how they did it, and the fact that he said we got paid out and allowance for the front bumper to not be fixed witch is false we did get paid and allowance but for the two rims that were damaged because they don’t make rims for this truck anymore I was not paid out nor was my insurance paid out for the front bumper. And going back to the power steering line being broke the owner said, and even his guy said that they replaced the line for free before I took the truck home, but in the video that we have shows different from the day that we picked up the truck and we had to buy a line that was $300 and had to wait for it to be made because they do not make parts for this truck anymore. And now we have to pay outta pocket $15,000 for a mistake that happened in that shop. I would not trust the shop.

B Street Collision did an excellent job repairing my bumper. They kept me updated on the progress daily and the crew was very considerate and explained the process. The repair was done in a timely manner and they did all the work with my insurance company. I would definitely use B Street again if needed and highly recommend them.

Great service and repairs were made ahead of schedule! They even waited for me 10 minutes past closing so I was able to pick up same day. My vehicle looks like new and they cleaned it inside and out. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.

I came to B Street to fix some dents in the roof of my (new) car that I caused with a bike rack (forgot to check if it was a fit before putting it on!). The repairs required hammering out the dents and painting. B Street was very thorough with the repairs (car looked amazing again!) and made adjustments as requested. I was really nervous about it since the car is new. They quickly fixed any issues I noted and made sure it was in great condition when I got it back at the end. Their receptionist always took great care of me as well. Jakob was our service person and was great to work with.

I have nothing but good things to say about B St. collision repair. They did a great job on our Toyota Sienna van. They even cleaned up the inside of my van and got all the scratches and nail marks from beneath the handles on the outside. I was certainly thrilled about that. And they got the repair done in eight business days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very professional. Communicated extremely well with us the whole process. Even worked with the insurance companies and rental companies to take some stress off of us. Great work on vehicle and cleaned it above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone especially with a high end vehicle for collision repairs!

Whole process went very smoothly. I got my vehicle back 2 weeks earlier than the estimated date. Looks brand new! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing body work after an accident.
