As of 12JUL24 they accept USAA Auto Claims, easily the best collison repair center in Lawton, OK. Friendly Staff, professional work, vehicle repair makes it look brand new. Would request again for future claims.

They did an outstanding job on my F150!! They went so far beyond my expectations. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during the complete time it was in the shop, even put up with me checking up on it. Very pleased and will be a returning customer, hopefully that won”t be necessary. Definitely going to recommend them to friends.

I highly recommend B&M Collision. Picked my car up this morning. It was detailed inside and out, looks like a brand new car that just rolled off the lot. Service and turn around time were fantastic. I could go on and on with good things to say about this shop. I hope I don't need to come back anytime soon but if I do I will definitely go back to B&M.

If you’re considering taking your car to B&M Collision Repair, DO IT!! I am beyond impressed at their customer service, communication & swift responses, and results on my car. It looks absolutely incredible, I have owned this car for over 4 years and it’s never been so polished! All that was needed to fix was a damaged front bumper and they replaced it, cleaned the outside of the car AND the inside! 10/10 recommend, very satisfied customer :D

My insurance sent me to B&M for an accident that was caused by the other car. B&M was straight forward, texted me with updates, my van was done before the estimated day. AMAZING customer service! Repaired my van so good that it doesn’t even look like it was ever hit on the driver side ( where I was hit during the accident) they are scheduled out so if you need repair you’ll have to wait a little while but for us it was worth it because they took care of us! Thank you B&M

They did an amazing job on my car, and on top of that they had it done a week before the said due date.I dropped it off September 6th and the original pickup date was September 25th and I picked it up September 19th. They even did a complimentary detail inside and out. Highly recommend B&M collision! Thanks guys 😁

Above & Beyond, 10/10, I 100% recommend. It was awhile ago I had to have my car in for repairs. I hit a wolf-sized racoon and it absolutely wrecked the front of my car AND my ac stopped working AND it was the beginning of summer. I was distraught! Although the wait was a tad long, it was obvious because they know what they are doing so had plenty of business as a result. It is so worth it for a quality repair shop. I honestly can not even begin to explain how amazing my experience was. I recommend them every opportunity I get. Thank Yal! A++++

Excellent customer service! I received a daily update (text, sometimes call) on the status of my vehicle. B&M did an awesome job matching the paint and restoring my car to its original (factory) condition. Would recommend a THOUSAND times over!

Wonderful and refreshing experience. I had to make an appt for an estimate and then an appt for the repair but Gavin was upfront. I realized that it would take awhile but no problem since my car is driveable. They reached out to me several days in advance to remind me of the appt. While the car was being worked on for 1 week I received several text updates and a call the day before it was completed. The body work on the front is spectacular. They have renewed my faith in great customer service post pandemic when other businesses are still making excuses. They are an awesome asset to the Lawton community.
