I went here to have one of my tires replaced. During the process of taking the old tire off, they broke the pressure sensor that was attached to the wheel. He then told me "the sensor was already broken".....it was not. He broke it. It'll cost more to replace the sensor than the tire change costed (and I was still charged full price). Just a warning, if you drive a car with sensors in the wheels, just go to a more qualified shop.

I had a nail in my tire and I got plugged with in 15 minutes. The old gentleman was very nice. I remember I had to wait for more than 3 hours to plug a tire in Amoco shop.

I got a bad tire put on here and couldn't find the receipt. Literally got the tire and 2 day's later was filling it with air and then every other day after that. I mean I don't understand why do that to people who rely on them to make sure we're capable of getting where we need to go SAFELY? Never again

My tires have never ranged more than $40 even with my 06 Ford Explorer xlt... but today I seen new faces and they told me a new tire for my Saturn would be $52. The service was ok... not what I had been accustomed to.

Rich always takes excellent care of me and my cars. I'd trust the staff here before any Firestone, Mineke, Car X, etc. Great prices, fast service, and constantly helpful. Once I got a bad tire and brought it back expecting to have to pay for a replacement and they took care of me without hesitation. Support this B.O.B If you're not afraid of WestSide STL that is.

They got all my business coming, and there's ice cream for the Kiddo's! BJ 360 is truly a st. Louis loyally owned business. This is your average run of the mill Tire shop. There are no special bills or whistles, here. But it's not meant for that, either. Unfortunately, my review will not be as glowing as many of the other reviews, here. I will try to keep this short and succinct because there's no point in writing a long review about my experience. The short version is that I bought a full set of used tires. In other words, I bought four tires because I needed a full set. Upon exiting the garage, I began noticing a weird grinding or bumping noise coming from the car. This noise would occur anytime I sped up while on the interstate. Then it would go away and be less pronounced. After dealing with this for a full day, I returned to them to find out what the matter could be. I was told by one gentleman that the issue was probably something they called "balancing." Per the recommendation of the owner, BJ, I went to a place called Telle Tire Auto Center. As it turns out, the matter was definitely with the tires but it was not what they thought it was. Unfortunately, they sold me two bad tires! Two of the tires had bubbles in them! I don't quite understand at all how that occurred. I didn't even realize tires could have bubbles in them. Those tires did! After learning this, I had to purchase two new tires from the tire center, and I returned two of the used ones. Now, the reason why I gave them three stars as opposed to two stars is for the following reasons: 1) The gentleman who gave me the refund was quite nice! No. He is not the owner. But I appreciated the full refund for the two tires I did not keep. That's what I call great service!! And additionally, I drove 2,000 miles west to Las Vegas on two of the used tires! I give them mad props for that. What I believe is that on the whole, if a person is going there for one or maybe even two used tires, I think you might be successful. The trouble comes when you have a person asking for an entire set, such as myself. This was a learning lesson as is always the case. In the future, I'll be sure to not purchase used tires.

Visited this location today, and the gentleman was just that I thought that I needed two new tires but he stated that it was my rim that he was going to straighten out for me. Customer service is everything. Will refer others KEEP IT UP BJ💯‼️
