I am always skeptical of smaller car shops. I would usually go to Andrew Toyota do my repairs and checkups because I trust the official provider. At Toyota they told me I needed new tires, breaks and air filter replacement, but the price to do them was out of my budget. I decided to take my car to B&G. They took good care of my Toyota Camry. The 5000mi checkup with oil change, tires replacement, breaks replacement and filter change was done at a fraction of the Toyota's dealership prices, and in timely manner. The owner seemed rude at first, but then sat down with me and explained me what was wrong with my components and showed me what they did. He was very professional! I later went back to Toyota to make sure that everything was done with the right components and they told me the car was now in perfect shape. I will not waste my money anymore, and will do all of my maintenance here at B&G.

I had a brake job done at this location and the owner kept upping the price immediately my car started shaking and turbulence and I almost died on the highway my engine light popped on then he said I needed a thermostat so he charged 300.00 and when I came back he said he had to charge me for everything again if you a woman don't go without a man.

This place was very unprofessional. One day I was told a service could be done (installing oil pressure sensor). Then I was told to call back to schedule it, then was told by the owner he can’t do it and hung up in my face.

These people cannot fix newer model cars. I let them do my brakes and the improper installation end up damaging my calibers, costing me thousands of dollars to get them replaced.
