Took my 21" Scag mower in for regular service and problem with blade not engaging. They found the problem and quickly repaired it and did a limited service since the mower is relatively new and did not require a new plug and air filter. I appreciate their honesty in getting my "beast" back in service and in top shape. Highly recommend.

Josh and the guys at B & F are awesome. I drive past 2 Stil dealers from Newberry to to buy my chainsaws and weed eaters from these guys. I recommend the them for any of your Stil products.

My “go-to” place for chain saw blade sharpening and honest feedback on when it’s time to replace the blade. Usually the blades can be sharpened while you wait.

Didnt have my filters i needed but was more than welcome to order them and have them in about 3 days held onto them till i could make it in on friday to pic them up. Will use them again.

I use this company for some parthat weren't being made anymore. As I surf the Web looking for these parts for my customer b&f popped up I made the call Hoping that he still had them.He did for that.You get a perfect 10

Today has been kinda tough. I called B & F small engine repair to check on some equipment that I had dropped off. I was a little concerned about some of the prices of the repairs. They replaced parts on my Stihl hedge trimmer without letting me know first, and then we had a disagreement about my weedeater as well. I have a Scag mower which has a bad park break l. It's been adjusted as well a few times. It rolled back and bent the shaft on my weedeater. They say it caused the clutch to go out but its run fine for the last year and a half. Anyway thats not covered under warranty. I suggested that I might have to find someone else because this is getting expensive. The owner got mad and told me first of all he didn't care if I went some place else because he didn't like me and to go even further he said he hasn't like me for a couple of years now. Then he asked me what I thought of that. I hung up the phone completely astonished by these comments!!! He didn't seem to have a problem with me over the past 2 years when I spent over 15k in his store. Just saying. Lol If you own a business you have to be more professional than this!!! You may have these thoughts but you certainly don't tell your customers. I believe in supporting local businesses to help my community but I can no longer in good faith to continue to support B&F. Thanks for reading this and I'm asking to think about where you carry your lawn equipment I did get word that he tried to not charge me for the hedge trimmer but I believe in paying people for their work. Also I wasn't gonna let him off that easy after making his rude comment. Besides I'm now no longer welcome in the store because I questioned the pricing in the first place. I might be willing to write a retraction but it's gonna take some time and prayer Jay

B&F has never let us down. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will let you know if a repair is not worth it on older equipment before hand so you make the choice. We will not go anywhere else for equipment, parts, supplies and repairs. The guys are awesome.

Went to purchase a deck hanger for my cub, salesmen had not much knowledge of what I was talking about, then he finally found my part . I asked how much it was 14.68 for one hanger. I searched Amazon found four for $9.99. I have no problem with profit but robbery is bad!!! Will not return I’ve been looking at new mowers but now I no where not to look!!!!

Couldn’t give me a direct answer if something was covered under warranty before dropping it off. Then tried to sneak in a fee for looking at it. The. When I caught him said I don’t think I want to do business with me . I said ditto and walked out.
