Benjamin seemed very honest and reliable and reasonably priced. I was very happy with the work he did for $250 that other shops were trying to charge double for. HOWEVER, i have a 2019 chevy, only at about 65,000 miles NEVER EVER had a check engine light come on and my car has been to many other shops such as pep boys, girls auto clinic jiffy lube etc. hours after hugging Ben and thanking him ai much telling him he just win a new regular customer MH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. Never ever before but soon as i leave your shop its coming on hours later? He tells me “well theres a first time for everything”. when i brung it up he immediately got defensive saying im implying he did something. No im implying that this is strange for a car under 80,000 miles that JUST passed an emissions inspection at another location is now having a check engine light in after leaving your shop. That mean idk who or what or how BUT SOMETHING happened to my car in your care that wasnt wrong before because i can garuntee if i didnt bring it to him that light would not be on right now! Another red flag is he pops the hood and points at a part and says “this part is going bad” how do you know that without actually checking thoroughly? I left the shop after having to return to get the code for the engine light he reset the light and it came right back on. Now that $250 that i thought was a steal has turned into an $800 NIGHTMARE! AND THIS IS WHY WOMEN DO NOT TRUST MECHANICS!!! Benjamin was very charming and seem to be trust worthy but for someone to pick their car up with new issue makes all the charm irrelevant. He tried to gain my trust by doing cheap things “for free” such as changing a windshield wiper and using a spare pin or screw he had laying around. Now i will only be getting my car services at Girls auto clinic where they are very trust worthy just pricey.

On September 9, 2024 we were traveling back from Wildwood, NJ, our car lost a front axle when we hit Phillie. We limped into Wynnfield. We found B Auto Repair. There was a guardian angel with us. Benjamin and his team were wonderful. They got us towed to their garage, had us up in the air, part delivered, dropped what they were doing, had our car repaired, and on the road within 3 hours. The repair bill was very reasonable. If anyone lives with in their community, you are very fortunate to have them to turn to if you are in need of a quality, knowledgeable mechanic team. We're very grateful that we found them and they did not take advantage. A huge thanks to Benjamin and his team.

Benjamin is a very nice and very friendly guy. He helped me check my car and even didn't charge any fee on me. He is very considerate, he was afraid I didn't understand English, and he helped me use a translator to talk to me to help me understand what he said. If I’ll fix anything on my car. I’ll just choose his repair shop and never choose others in Philadelphia. Because he is so honest.

As a young woman who does not know much about cars, this was the FIRST TIME mechanics at an auto shop have ever been kind to me and treated me like I wasn’t beneath them. They were quick, efficient, fair-priced, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me and help me to take care of my car in the future. It is the only enjoyable experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I will be recommending to anyone who needs repairs in the future.

B Auto will be my new go-to mechanic in Philly. Ben is very honest, communicative, and pleasant to work with. His prices are very fair; I paid $75 for a full synthetic oil change for my Volkswagen where everywhere else charges at least $100.

Fast, reliable, affordable. What more could you want from a garage? I went in to replace my brakes and rotors. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, while charging half as much as what the Honda Dealership quoted. They did a fantastic job and were super friendly throughout the process. I’ll be a return customer for sure! 10/10 recommend

I found Ben on google, he had the highest amount of good, well written reviews. So I tried out his shop. I had a cracked oil pan. Not only was my car fixed quickly, he was communicative and direct. and FAIR. my total was $1075, he rounded it to $1000 for me (which was not asked for but very appreciated since I wasn't using insurance). Very reasonable. As a woman coming into repair shops, you expect them to take advantage of you. He explained things in a way that made sense, and he didn't once get over on me (which he could have done easily because what do I know LOL). Ben's repair shop is a breathe of fresh air in the society we live in. Honest, decent, reliable and professional man. I appreciate you for making this is excellent experience for a newly established lifelong customer. Thank you Ben!

I took my Toyota to the dealer in Ardmore, they told me I needed new breaks and rotors I said I would think about it. A friend recommended I try this AutoShop, I did, they told me I needed new breaks but my roters were fine. They were polite and professional, Same day service for half the price.

My friend I and hit the worlds largest pothole and B’s was the closest place to us. Turns out we were super lucky because B Auto Repair is amazing! The guys were so friendly and fixed my car SO WELL and in record time for a very fair price. So happy to find this place by accident. Recommending them to all of my Philly friends! You don’t run into a person like Ben on the regular basis. The comments are definitely true because the last time I took my car to him, he could have charged me up to fix it, but he told me it was as easy as going to the dealer and ordering the fuses and installing it myself. He didn’t even charge me for the time he took to look at the problem and cleaning out my batteries.
