We have been taking our vehicles to Azteca Automotive for the past five years or so. They have continued to give us excellent customer service and are very attentive and communicating when it comes to our vehicle From replacing the transmission in my Daily work vehicle that I still use today Maintenance and upkeep of my wife’s 2014 Impala also helped me with my older Buick that I used to use for work that I sold not too long ago but was great on the upkeep. I will continue to take my vehicles to Azteca Automotive because they are the best. Side note and a huge plus: They gave me a full car wash/detail on my last visit yesterday for a reasonable price. Lol, as you can see in the picture, it is not the newest or best car out there, but it still runs like a champ

We’ve been taking our car to Azteca’s for the past year and every time we’ve been met with quality care, thorough explanations of issues revolving our vehicles, as well as an overall warmth and kindness from the staff and mechanics. I would HIGHLY recommend Azteca’s to anyone in the Houston area.

Excellent experience!!! Highly recommend anyone to bring their car to them, I have been and will continue to send friends and family to them. Pablo and his team are professional, courteous, and go above and beyond... Here they treat you like family. Take care of all car needs. Paint/Repaired rear bumper and repaired the A/C. Works like a dream. A/c works better then the day I purchased the car.... best of all he stands by his work.

I never leave Azteca’s Automotive feeling like I was lied to. I’ve been to other auto repair places, but when I take my car to Azteca, they always save me money. Now I only take my car to Azteca Automotive.

So, if you really take your time to look at the reviews of this place, you’ll see some people who give it very good reviews. Most cities haven’t had real work done to their car repairs but when you look at the bad reviews, those are the ones you’ve had a real worked done with their cars anyways I’m writing this because I had work done to my car. It was a O2 sensor. I was told if I buy the part it would be cheaper so I did P lol who I was to amazing guy said he would be the one doing my part I showed him where the part needed to go. I would’ve done it myself. My arms are too big to work in a tight spot. where is it located on my car but I showed him where it is and he said he would do it. I needed this work done on my car so I can pass inspection. It was only one code on my car that I need to fix. I get home take a nap and Pablo calls me. I missed the call but allegedly there are multiple O2 sensors that need to be replaced and so without my permission, he puts the part I bought in another part of the car where I did not tell him to put it when I get there. I look at my car. The check engine light is still on. I run the codes and every single code known to mankind is showing on my car. I talk to him and he says I didn’t answer the phone so it is my fault. I tried talking to him about getting the work done and what not and he told me no refunds and I would have to pay a lot of money out of pocket to get the work that he messed up fixed I later to get to many other mechanics and basically the computer that tells you that there is something is wrong with your car is messed up, I’m writing this to tell you listen to every other person they can do small work like tires and brakes but not big work like transmissions, O2 sensors, spark plugs, etc. I will put this five stars so that way it shows to everyone because if I put one star like it deserves it won’t be shown so people can read it 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

We have officially had all of our vehicles services, repaired, or diagnosed here over the past 5 yrs. He has repaired everything from our Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti & Chevy's! I like that Pablo is a skilled, professional mechanic who is upfront & honest about costs. He really does work hard to guarantee customer satisfaction. If there's something he doesn't know, he'll research (or work with the other car shops in the area) + explain in a detailed, easy to understand manner then confirm next repair steps - rather than just do unauthorized work like some shops. His shop has flexible hours and it's very accessible. Thank you Pablo for being a reliable mechanic!
