Had to make an emergency stop here hoping it was only a quick fix but wasn’t. It seemed a little unsure if they could get a new tire or couldn’t so we decided to leave to go put on the stock tires that we had at home. When changing the rims it was clear that one of the lug nuts was forced on. The stud is now stripped. Upset that a business can make such a rookie mistake.

Popped a tire on a rock camping in the Sierra National Forest. Drove 2 hours on a donut spare. Aztec tires hooked me up with a replacement tire. $50 mounted and balanced. I was back at camp by noon. great service.

Although they never have my tires for this car in stock, they have served me well with 2 other cars. Friendly helper that works there., that makes me want to use them for my car needs.

Stopped by & was quoted for a repair but no mechanic available. Told to come back next week & recommended an appointment. Husband called & was quoted 1/3 less. He made an appointment. They open at 9am. We showed up about 15 minutes before the 9am appointment. Was told they don't do appointments & I would need to leave the vehicle for 6-7 hours because they were too busy. How far behind could they have been when they just opened? Not to mention quoting a female customer 1/3 higher than a male customer. That's wrong any way you look at it! Don't let staff talk to customers & make appointments if you won't honor them. BUYER BEWARE!

My mom and me went to this place and it was very good! They were done in 5 minutes, and we got a used tire. It had very good tread and was in perfect condition for only 55$! They even checked all our other tires as well and checked their pressures! Highly recommend!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL I bought a used tired, coupled weeks later the tire got a bump on it so I called and was told to come in, when I went I was treated poorly and was denied any type of replacement or discount, the older fellow was rude and straight up lied and changed what he had said over the phone, first he said that he had told me to come in the same day which was a lie I called Friday and he told me to come in Monday , when I told him he instantly became confrontational he then brought up the receipt and I told him he didn’t mention that over the phone I tried to explain that I had the transaction on my bank statement and the person that helped me was right there too. I’m not upset over the tire which was only 40 something dollars but he went straight being rude learn from my experience and take your business somewhere else.

Super disappointed, after coming here time after time always giving this place my business they’ve finally got me fit up with that poor customer service they have. I rather go down the street pay the EXTRA $20 just to get better service.

Was able to purchase a pair of good cheaper tires and they were put on very quickly. Would definitely recommend
