Fantastic service! Drew did a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche I was interested in buying and took the time to go over his findings and answer my questions. I live in Washington state and wanted to make sure the car was clean before closing the deal. If I lived in Arizona I would definitely take my car there for service.

Very satisfied with my visit to their shop. My car had started making some noises on my way into work and I wasn't too sure what the issue might be so I scheduled an appointment the same morning with AZ Lucky Star Auto and they were able to get me in within the hour. When I arrived they actually asked me to help demonstrate the noise I was hearing with the car running and the mechanic even hopped in to take a brief ride to hear the noise so that way they knew what noise to focus on (in case there was any misunderstanding as to what other noises there might be). They called me later in the day to let me know they had identified the cause of the noise and gave me a quote as to what needed to be repaired to resolve the issue. I wasn't ready to bite the bullet just yet and they explained that I should be okay for a couple weeks if I needed more time before having the repair performed. Really appreciate the honesty and customer service, they even waived the diagnostic fee, I would definitely recommend this shop to others in need of repair. Thank you!

Az Lucky Star Automotive has worked on my Hummer H3 several times. Has yet to disappoint me. Service is always reasonably priced, very timely and accurate. Been pleased with the accuracy of there diagnostic services. Appreciate Jeff and Dru.

Customer Service is top tire!!! I came in 2 times with truck issues that the diagnosed for free. I ended up not needing to do anything. I am back again with an actual issue and they have been great to work with. 10/10 Will be back again and again.

I have been here for over a year for simple things like a oil change but today just because I asked for the oil filter from my oil change which I always ask for and they have done it before with no problem ever the guy in the shop said that he refused to do it also because I didn’t want to buy there windshield wipers because I had already paid for some and I didn’t want to buy something that I already have. It was a totally a waste of time to come here especially since my husband is a disabled veteran who has been in the hospital for 7 weeks and 6 surgeries in the past two months. But I hope that this will help someone else to avoid this business 🙏🏼🙏🏽 PS ? What used part did I have? And I was going to take a Uber.

I have to tip my hat to Jeff and Dru and anyone else apart of the team that helped fix my baby. Hard working, honest guys, respectful, knowledgeable, and just overall great. 2015 Mitsubishi outlander, they diagnosed the issue correctly after i was told something different from another place. They fixed the issue and more! Plus the price was much cheaper than the quote which i am grateful for. This place is the truth real talk and i dont trust easily. AZ LUCKY STAR FOR PRESIDENT!LOL

I went to AZ Lucky Star with concerns about my front brakes and a few other maintanence items. They were great. They went over all my concerns, and gave me peace. They informed me what needed attention and what could wait till a later time if desired. I felt they were honest and I plan on making them my go -to mechanics for future help.

Jeff and Dru and team were wonderful with my Hyundai. Jeff really worked to replicate the issue I was having with the engine. When he did, he saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out the issue was under a Hyundai recall/warranty. He suggested I take it to the dealer instead of having it fixed with him for an out of pocket cost. I appreciate his honesty and expertise! Thank you!!!

From the start I I knew this place was quick and professional. Called me immediately after I left a voice message and looked into the problem with my truck (2005 for Explorer sport trac) even quicker. Dropped it off expecting the worst and a new transmission replacement but they diagnosed the issue properly, provided the CORRECT maintenance for the issue at a much lower price than expected. Thanks again to Jeff and the guys in the shop for being honest mechanics. Not a common thing today. Much appreciated and I'll keep returning to the shop for my auto maintenance. They even fixed the lock mechanism on my tunnell cover I couldn't figure out. Truly some of the best on this side of town! 👍 Update as of August 2024. I still continue to use this shop with pride. Jeff and the crew recently inspected the brakes on my wife's vehicle (2019 Hyundai Tucson) and replaced them more quickly and cheaper than the Hyundai dealership. Repaired a blown up spark plug in the motor. Replaced seals in my 2005 Ford truck back in June and gave a detailed inspection of everything needed to be serviced on the vehicle. Fair price, great attitudes, still the best mechanic shop I know in this part of town!

I was skeptical about coming here after reading some of the reviews and only through experience don't understand why. Some points to note 1) when you give a quote, wait until you've completed the full assessment and give one quote, the word "plus" does not serve you or your customers well. 2) I paid for a diagnostic, I believe I should have some physical evidence to support that cost such as a printout , some sort of documentation detailing your diagnosis. 3) On the invoice it says " R134" was used in my AC which we both know is the wrong one for my car so I'm chalking that one up to clerical error 4) The blend door was "loose" because I wasn't able to reach the other screw when installing it, hence why I brought it to you. It didn't need to be replaced, it was brand new. Also note, you didn't return that part either for which I could have returned for a refund. 5) Lastly, the quote for the purge valve was way over the top $600 to replace a part I can get and install myself with ease for $51. That's a hell of a mark up. Imagine coming into my restaurant and me charging you $128 for a burger, ridiculous. With all that being said, I'm sure your response will be something like " thanks for bringing your 2018 fusion to be fixed here, we so glad we could help" but alas,, you didn't. So good luck to you, I'm sure there will be plenty more suckers for you to throw your "plus" at
