*DO NOT COME HERE* *SHADY AUTOSHOP* I dropped off my car and I already told them what repairs I needed, I only want rear brake pads / rotors done and oil change, which I don’t have time to do my own maintenance. I agreed with the parts and labor, whatever paid for. Well.. picked the car the next day and car ran fine for 1 week then my engine light start flashing and my car acceleration dies down, I personally know my car and it has low miles which shouldn’t require major repairs, I knew this was an odd feeling since I just got it back** After diagnosing my self it seems like my car was misfiring* it was hard due to not having tools, I called a very experienced Mobile honest tech and I told them the situation, my car was misfiring out of no where at 70k miles, the tech thought my fuel injectors had gone bad but I couldn’t believe that but I told him maybe there’s something going on with my ignition coils / spark plugs. They continue to remove the one misfire ignition coil and we FOUND that it was replaced FROM A TOTAL DIFFERENT CAR** This literally happened after they touch my car! My car was misfiring due to having another ignition coil installed which doesn’t even belong onto my car!! They wanted this so I can return and they can perform a bigger $$ repair job. TOTAL CROOKS AND SCAMMERS!! Pls read All the negative reviews they have! It’s similar!!

I had an amazing experience at A-Z Diagnostics. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle and had me in and out in record time. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. I especially appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the process and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The efficiency and quality of their work truly set them apart. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but A-Z Diagnostics has definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quick, and top-notch service!

Worst place I been to, please run. First I want to say I got my starter replaced before coming here. When I gave them my car to fix for a fuel pump issue I had, my car ran fine but after 4-5 weeks my car broke down. Took it to a new legit mechanic that I paid a little more for and he showed me that my starter was swapped for an old part and now I still have the same issue with the fuel pump injector. They don't even have simple documents that shows what they are charging you, he told me whats being fixed via text & they won't cover you if the car breaks down again after they fix it. Trust me, there cheap for a reason. Also if your there, look for old cars outside their shop, I can guarantee you they swap parts based off the old starter I found in my car which looked years old and my car was fairly new. Find another mechanic asap or you will be fixing the same issue again in 1-3 months with no coverage! Also Ill be providing extra documentation for proof on how corrupt the shop is. Owner was literately begging every customer to leave a 5 start review before the mechanic even sees the car. There are a SCAM!!!!!!! Worst decision I have made ever!

Brought my car here the first time to get my air conditioning fixed, spent $2200. Then when I picked up my car, the AC wasn’t working. I brought it back for the 2nd time, and they told me I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I ended up spending an additional $250 on hoses when I expected my air conditioning to be fixed the first time. Then, I had to bring it back for a 3rd time because there was a noise coming from my AC when it blew. When I brought it back for the 3rd time, they told me AGAIN that I have to pay a diagnostic fee. I decided to drive away instead of paying because it seems like everytime I leave, something else is wrong that I have to pay for. I felt like they were rude to me and dismissive.

Had a great experience! Needed to get a coolant leak addressed. I called A-Z and after getting the car towed there, they were able to diagnose and repair in the same day. They ordered the part needed in the morning and it arrived in the afternoon, and I picked up my car around 5. Chris was friendly and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be back if I have any car needs!

Highly recommend this place! The people here are super friendly and honest, which is so refreshing. They keep you in the loop about everything, so you never feel out of the loop or surprised by anything. It’s nice to finally have a mechanic I can trust. They really take care of you and your car!

My car cannot be started due to the starter issue. I replaced a starter at A-Z Diagnostics Total Car Care. They are friendly and nice to explain the starter problems with me. The replacement only takes less than 1 day. My car got back to normal after the replacement. I want to leave a 5-star review.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I lived in Kansas City my whole life and knew exactly where to go up there for 20 years. Moving to a new city, I was skeptical of finding a reliable mechanic. This place went above and beyond with their customer service, work and communication. They got me in 3 days earlier than projected and kept the cost well within reason! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.

Took my 1978 Datsun for some electrical work and to get my horns fixed. Chris took care of all my lighting issues and the horns are now nice and loud. As a bonus, my dash lights started working again.

When he commits to delivering results by a certain day and time, he follows through. Wow! My 2004 350z wouldn't start yesterday and I thought it was the battery. AAA sent a tech out (Noor is his name and he is also fantastic) and my battery was around 50% but we went ahead and tried a new battery and then it became clear that the starter was the issue. I usually take my 350z to a Z specialist shop in town, but Noor not only recommended Jimmy at A-Z Diagnostics, he personally called him, told him the issue I was having, and got a solid ultra reasonable quote on the phone (likely saving me $$$ I didn't need to spend for a Z specialist) and a promise to have it done in 24 hours. Then AAA towed it to the shop and it was ready to pick up around 1 p.m. this afternoon. Great price, great and fast service and I will definitely contact A-Z first if I have other issues with my Z in the future to let them quote a repair first. They do have a master mechanic, so this shop works on a lot of cars, and old, unique cars and he told me he will tell me if a job is too much for them so I can go to the Z shop if it makes sense. Thank you to Noor at AAA for the killer recommendation. And thank you to A-Z for a great experience.

Chris and his team went above and beyond when diagnosing my car - after determining that the engine had seized, without being asked or prompted, Chris took it upon himself to contact the local dealership and confirmed that my issue was likely under warranty before calling me with an update. Rather than seeing me and my situation as an opportunity to make a buck, A-Z was honest and transparent and helped me save a ton of money. I will be back with any and all future car problems, just hopefully not for a little while...
