I was moving late at night to early in the morning when my trailer broke down leaving me stranded and alone on the side of the highway. A to Z understood my concern and immediately sent one of their technicians to my location. He was very efficient and made sure that I could safely get back on the road in a timely manner. These guys are the absolute best. I gave them a ring right before I was going to purchase a new semi truck, and they came out and did a very thorough inspection. After creating a very detailed report, they let me know there was major frame damage and that I should not purchase the truck. They saved me a ton of money! Definitely will be calling A-Z again before I purchase my next semi truck!!

A-Z were absolutely wonderful, from the second I called them to the phenomenally quick job they made of the work my uncles trailer needed. The price was more than fair, especially given how efficiently and professionally their services are rendered. A-Z Complete Truck and Trailer Repair shop saved the day when my cousin-in-law's semi truck broke down near Buc-ee's on I-10. Despite the early hour, they arrived swiftly and fixed the issue within an hour, getting him back on the road to Louisiana. Fast, efficient, and highly recommended!

As a Owner Operator,it's imperative that I keep the Peterbilt going strong. After dropping a load, I noticed my rpm's was not shifting normally. Didn't want to cause any severe damage so I pulled somewhere safe to locate Roadside,A-Z Complete was a no brainier, I called them up,they were reassuring, professional and timely. Had me back on road in a matter of hours.

DOT put my truck out of commission at a gas station. I could not move it until it was fixed and in compliance. I called A-Z and their technicians were on the scene and working on my rig within the hour. They had me back on the road at a very very reasonable price and I was able to deliver my load on time. First off let me say the service is awesome. The guys got my Freightliner up and running in no time. Also the pricing was fair let’s not forget my truck was not turning on they came out and got it up and going they really did their thing. Must say the timing was great saved me lots of money. I was so happy for my service. I was in my rig making a run on 66 when my radiator blew. I pulled off to the side of the road and contacted A-Z. They were there within hours with a new radiator and I was back on the road.

The owner and team are very experienced and they know there trucks are well equipped. Called him because my 2003 KW blew a Radiator hose they had the hose changed and filled antifreeze under a hour. Great people great prices. The world needs more shops like A-Z. Thanks guys

My husband drives a semi truck and experienced a coolant leak while on his route back home. When he called and told me, he was very stressed about the situation because he was so close to coming home and now he was parked and couldn't go anywhere. Freightliner dealer was backed up for weeks and I needed to get back on the road. Spoke with Shawn from A-Z and was told my unit will be looked at the same day. They came out and found I needed a sensor. They called all over Houston and were unable to locate the part since it was on backorder. They got the part ordered and it arrived the next morning. They went to work right when it arrived. Service is top notch and work performed is high quality!

Had them come out for a pre-purchase inspection. I am grateful that we did not end up buying the semi truck. It had so many problems it was not worth the headache especially for my first truck. We will be using this service again if we do see any more good deals. Thank you Chris!

Avoid this company; they'll only consume your time. When my truck broke down, I contacted them for service, and after providing the EFS code, they demanded a $280 advance. Despite waiting five hours, no one arrived. Upon calling, they claimed they were too busy to assist.
