Charlie is very trustworthy and has always been more than fair with his prices. Yes sometimes it may take a little longer to get your issue fixed than the big brand auto shops, but you can't beat the honesty and value for your money! Great team!

The service they gave my daughter was very poor they fix her Arcadia and left it worse than what it was they were being pushy rude and condescending these guys are a joke don't take your car to get fixed if I could give them a zero I would bad service bad customer service the first and the last time we take our vehicle there never again especially the owner Charlie was rude to my daughter.

Unprofessional. Not sure what their doing had my car for 2 days and didint fixed the main thing. They don't answer and will tell me something different and stutter. They also overcharge me to change only two senors. I was their because car was overheating. Plus had to pay cash they don't take card. Girl make sure u take a guy with you. Because they will overcharge you and take advantage!!!

Worst shop ever, 1+ year for a bend valve work, yelled and asked to leave, after politely asking how much more time. Lies, lies, lies… in my whole life been treated like this, by the owner. In contrast the guys that work there very friendly, very nice people

I went in for a check engine light repair. They told me it would be a little less then 500 dollars to repair. When I went to pick up my car. The check engine light was still on. He told me it would just have to be reset. That the problem was fixed. A bit later the check engine light came back on. He said that this time it was a different code coming out and it would be something different that would have to be fixed. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. HE WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY!!!

Lleve mi carro a que lo arreglaran porque se me estaba calentando y tirando aceite tengo un Chevrolet Cruze, lo deje ahí por 3 semanas y Charlie me cobro 1,000 dlls por cambiarle 2 mangueras y el abanico y el elevador de mi ventana Cuando fui a recoger mi carro porque charlie me dijo que ya estaba listo, me lo lleve al trabajo y se me apago el carro en medio del freeway, porque se seguía calentando El trabajo que me hizo fue mediocre y no me reparo nada y aun así me cobro Me cobro por un trabajo que nisiquiera realizó y mi carro aun quedó mal Dijo que el 90% de sus clientes eran mujeres, obviamente porque ellas no saben el robo que hace el

Over charged for service and Charlie refused to provide a copy of the receipts. I am calling the news to get this sorted out as this business run of 90% female customers and I bet they’re all getting ripped of by the owner.
