I had to get a dot truck inspection and oil change. Anthony was great to work with. He made the experience easy. It's obvious he has a lot to do but gets the work done on a timely manner. Great experience. Highly recommend and will be going back

Our experience with AW Fleet Services was very disappointing. Anthony did minor repairs on my sons truck and everything was fine, however we ran into major issues when he needed more extensive work completed. For the big repair, we were working with a warranty company. The warranty company required a high level of communication prior to working on the truck and Anthony was slow to reach out to them each time. Time and time again, we were given a date of completion and the date would come and go and we would be given another date and excuses as to why the truck was not working yet. At this point in time, I am not sure whether this happened because he is taking on more work than he can physically complete in a timely manner or whether the work required needed more knowledge on his part. We kept hoping that the next date was the one that would prove to be the right one and that we would not have to tow the truck to another location. We ended up eventually having to tow it for over $1000 to another facility, to get the truck running again. Constantly pushing the date back ended up costing my son enormous amounts of money from loss of income and almost lead to him loosing his business. If a truck is not running, it is not making money and pushing a completion date back again and again is simply unacceptable.

I’m confident this is the Worst shop in Tx , had my truck in the shop for 2 months before the owner Anthony took it to a kenworth shop down the street from him although my truck is a freightliner so Kenworth could not fix it Anthony also failed to let me know that my truck was there until kenworth reached out I had to pay 1000$ to tow my truck else where because I was tired of dealing with the whole situation Anthony the owner gave over 10 different dates by which the truck would be finished by and those dates came and passed with excuses after excuse Anthony also told my warrenty company faulty information on more than one occasion to the point my warrenty company is removing his shop from their list . I wish I would have really read some of these reviews before going here .i had a few small repairs done before leading up to this and everything went smoothly I’m not sure what changed ,if you don’t want to be waiting for your truck for months not knowing what’s going on with it don’t leave your truck here

Great service, and can repair anything on your semi. The owner is also a great guy and always honest and on time with your truck. I would highly recommend this shop.

So I just wanted to say this place is absolutely The Honest Company that cares about the livelihood of people and doing a well done job when it comes to mechanic work on a tractor I came in with a few problems and even though the boss didn't want to pay for extreme work because it's under warranty we still got to get some work done i was very happy with the work here Anthony was very polite and caring about my situation but most of all he a honest person that cares about people and make sure that ones equipment is on point that to me means a lot mechanic brain nice and friendly just want to say thank you for all your help JCT Trucking the girl who was Fuc---g it up🤗🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ LOL just a little inside joke happy holidays to you and your family and thank you for being honest and genuine and caring about people life and being a honorable honest person in the work that you do🥰🤗

Wouldn’t even give 1 star ,worst service I’ve ever had owner doesn’t answer any calls or do any communication until you bend over backwards trying to contact him . Definitely not a trust worthy shop or guy that I would want working on my truck , .if I were you I’d stay as far away from here as you could if you don’t want this parasite of a business to bring you down with it .

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first red flag I got about this company was from the tow truck driver who took my truck there. When he was told that the owner of AW Fleet Service was going to pay the tow bill and add it to the repair cost of the truck I was informed by the tow truck driver that he has already received 3 hot checks from this company in the past. After the truck was there for 4 days with no communication from AW Fleet Service despite multiple attempts to contact them via calls and messages, I was finally informed that the truck would be finished on Tuesday of the second week it was there, (truck went into the shop on a Monday). That Tuesday came and no communications with no word from the company. Wednesday I got a text saying that it would be ready on Thursday. Then on Friday I was told some of the parts were on back order and that the truck would be worked on Saturday and finished on Monday. My truck has been in their shop for almost a month and the owner refuses to answer calls or messages. I have left several Voice Messages asking for a call back with an update of what is taking so long but so far have not received any for of communication in the last week. I am tempted to have my truck towed somewhere else for the repairs. Hopefully this review will stop someone else from having to deal with the same problems I am having.

Extremely slow, thy are not serious prople, unless it's a quick fix. Be ready to wait, wait n wait while ur truck is not even touched. Had my truck waiting for 3days. I enquired, I was told I can take my truck someplace else n I did, my truck was fixed 30mins. Wouldn't recommend.
