The service and professionalism with which these Mechanics Work is incredible. They took the time to explain to us what was happening and what our best options were to repair it. We had gone to 3 previous places and the same thing kept failing. We have not had the same failure since we went with them and now they have become our go-to mechanics. We highly recommend them.

Scam alert. Came for max 2 hour job, they charged for 6 hours. He repair guy was walking around and fixing the truck 10 minutes per hour. Later he went for 1 hour lunch which was charged at us Their scam is, look friendly, and charge you per hour of work. When we asked for discount he replied " if you cry again 100$ for each cry). Avoid this location at all cost

Excelente servicio y atención, mi motor lo repararon en 7 dias lleva mas de un ańo reparado y asta el momento excelente . Soy de texas y fíjate si estoy complacido con la atención y el trabajo que de texas viajo acá para hacerle las reparaciones a mi camion busca a Romel ,, los recomiendo al 100%

I took my HINO 268 2016 , they were efficient at receiving even though they had a lot of work. Welcoming actually and it gave me a sense of trustworthiness. It was a general inspection, I informed them of a leak I had observed and the lift gate not working. 3 days later I come pick it up it won’t turn on it is dead. They bring a jumper, turns on and has the engine check light on. I park it again go inside ask about it and the guy that did the inspection rudely says it’s my battery, that they had to pass current a couple times after testing the lights or leaving them on for a while he said. Im young, this is my first truck and maybe they thought they could take advantage of me?? Did they swap parts on my truck? How can I possibly know? Never.. I asked if a faulty battery is going to cause an engine light on? He said yes… I don’t know, I don’t know about trucks. Why would you leave the lights on and let it die a couple times or more anyway? If I give you my truck perfectly with no engine lights on I want my truck back with no engine light on! What do I do now? Go to another shop to have another inspection in order to find out what this guys did to my truck? 🤣 ridiculous. Why then was Faulty batteries not reported in the general inspection result? I reported the gasket that needed changing and that’s it. they charged 150 which is not bad. The way they handled my inquiries about the check engine light made me very angry, common guys what type of service are you giving? I’m confused on what to do with the truck and the check engine. I trusted this guys with my truck. Maybe they didn’t do anything to my truck but how does this situation look to you? Tomé mi HINO 268 2016 , fueron eficientes en la recepción a pesar de que tenían mucho trabajo. De hecho, me dio la bienvenida y me dio una sensación de confiabilidad. Fue una inspección general, les informé de una fuga que había observado y que la compuerta levadiza no funcionaba. 3 días después vengo a recogerlo, no enciende, está muerto. Traen jumper, prende y tiene la luz de chequeo de motor encendida. Lo estaciono de nuevo, voy adentro, pregunto al respecto y el tipo que hizo la inspección dice groseramente que es mi batería, que tuvieron que pasar corriente un par de veces después de probar las luces o dejarlas encendidas por un tiempo, dijo. Soy joven, esta es mi primera camioneta y tal vez pensaron que podrían aprovecharse de mí. ¿Intercambiaron piezas en mi camión? ¿Cómo puedo saberlo? Nunca.. Pregunté si una batería defectuosa hará que se encienda una luz del motor. Dijo que sí… No sé, no sé de camiones. ¿Por qué dejarías las luces encendidas y dejarías que se apagara un par de veces o más de todos modos? ¡Si te doy mi camioneta perfectamente sin las luces del motor encendidas, quiero que me devuelvas mi camioneta sin las luces del motor encendidas! ¿Qué hago ahora? ¿Ir a otro taller para hacer otra inspección y averiguar qué le hicieron estos tipos a mi camión? 🤣 ridículo. Entonces, ¿por qué no se informaron las baterías defectuosas en el resultado de la inspección general? Informé la junta que necesitaba cambiar y eso es todo. cobraron 150 que no está mal. La forma en que manejaron mis consultas sobre la luz de check engine me hizo enojar mucho, muchachos comunes que tipo de servicio están dando? Estoy confundido sobre qué hacer con el camión y el motor de control. Confié en estos chicos con mi camión. Tal vez no le hicieron nada a mi camión, pero ¿cómo ve esta situación para usted?
