I needed a new Engine oil cooler installed on my Ram 1500 truck because it was pouring out oil. I called an auto parts store and got the price of the parts. I asked if they could recommend someone and I’m so glad they recommended Sly. I took my truck to him Saturday morning and he had my truck fixed the same day. I have found my new mechanic he will get all of my business I highly recommend I wish I could give more than 5⭐️

Our car broke down on the way to a family beach vacation. We made it to an auto parts store who confirmed that the alternator needed to be replaced. Unfamiliar with the area, we asked the staff there if they had any recommendations on who could replace it since it was a Friday night. Of course they all recommended Avant Auto Repair. I called to confirm and indeed Sly could do it! His shop was only about 3 miles away but the car didn't make it. Called again and he sent a tow truck and another staff to pick up the family. The place is easy to miss (behind a residential house), so I'm glad we were escorted. Customer Service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our family of 5. The price was SOOOOO reasonable! Definitely less than I was expecting. I'm so grateful to Avant Auto Repair. They saved our vacation!

Sly is amazing! He went above and beyond to care for my car, including discussing additional repairs that needed to be done and throwing in extra care items for no charge. He communicated well, and proved to be honest and skilled! I'll be using his services again.

Brought my car to avant for brake replacement, he came out n towed my car right before xmas, n I swear I couldn't have paid for more than parts because he knew we were struggling financially n because of a small unavoidable delay. Oh n my brakes worked beautifully! He's a great solid mechanic to have around n I'll def recommend him n call him in the future.

I had a blown fuse which caused my interior light system to go off. I called on Saturday morning after Hurricane Ian and Avant was so quick to diagnose the problem, fix it with a smile, and send me on my way. He wouldn't even let me pay him! I'm so grateful for their service, especially because so many other places were closed on Saturday. Highly recommend.

I was put in a tough situation and needed a big repair done right and done quickly, and Sly stepped up and made sure it got done! Amazing people! Called in the evening, told him what I needed done. Was told "call back in the morning and we'll talk pricing" so I call back in the morning and let him know what time I can come by. He was the cheapest, I will say that. But when I got to the repair place all the lights were off, the phone was off and going straight to voicemail. I was shocked. Why tell someone you stay open until a certain time and to call when you're there but then be closed and turn your phone off? That's rude and bad business. I saw so many good reviews and had high hopes that I had found my new mechanic since I just moved down here but was let down. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone unless you can get there right after you get them on the phone.

I honestly got to say this man was down-to-earth to the point helpd me out a lot let me know I had a bad wheel bearing which Firestone failed to tell me after they changed my brakes and rotors not even a month ago so thank you for your honest opinion and getting me back on the road safely for a great price I highly recommend these guys are awesome
