Autoworx has great service. I am have been able to get oil changes without an appointment or same day service. All the men who work there seem very courteous and respectful. They do a good job. I have had my car inspected, new tires& rims installed, new struts, and regular oil changes done there in the last year. All the work was done efficiently and reasonably. They are a shop that has earned my trust.

Absolutely fantastic crew. Of all the garages I've ever been to, they have it all. Smart and informed front counter staff, consisting of Chris and Chris. Back shop crew to include a well skilled GS and a top notch all around tech. Tough transitioning from a "transmission" only shop to a "do it all" shop, but they've done it and done it well. This is a place that people can go and trust. Trust is the #1 quality of any service facility. They will earn your trust. Also, my most recent trip (there have been many), found them able to find financial options for me at Christmas time. What a great group of guys.

They were so nice and informative to me. I stopped in for advise, they were very helpful and honest!! They took the time to explain what was wrong, show me on my car what was wrong and explained the options on fixing it. I think I found my new place to go for repairs. The price was a great price and honest. I haven't felt good about a repair shop in a long time. Thanks Autoworks!!! 5 STARS AND A+++

Great experience at the shop. It was nice to take to an experienced Technician with knowledge that knew right away what was wrong with my 2019 GMC Sierra. Also Chris at the front desk was great. Thanks again. And I will definitely bring our other 2 vehicles there for service as well.

10/10 Service. Chris was super knowledgeable and helpful getting us just what we needed. Very stress free considering our unexpected car issues. He also helped us understand exactly what was wrong and gave us a quote so we knew what we're paying for, before they did anything.

Been going to this place for 3 years. Always thought they were honest and hooked me up…. Will no longer be a customer as of today. Decided to get an oil change at the dealership because I had a coupon. Had them check my breaks and routers because you guys said I was “borderline going to fail an inspection” 4 MONTHS AGO… walked into the dealer today was going to have them change them because according to you guys I was way over due. They double TRIPLE checked all my breaks and routers and told me I wasn’t even close to needing new breaks. I could understand if it was close and a could be a simple accident but was assured my breaks are in great condition and no where near needing new ones! Makes me wonder over the years how much money you guys have stolen from me. SHAME ON YOU.

I am Ray Dougherty. On October 4th, I brought in my 2018 Cadillac CTS for service. It had a rumbling/shaking noise/feeling when driving between 30-40 MPH. Chris took it for a ride, and came back and put it on the lift, and then he called me into the maintenance area to show me his findings. He described everything to me in detail. I got an estimate for Transmission Service, Transfer Case drain and refill, and rear differential drain and refill. I agreed to the estimate, and two hours later I was driving home! It was incredible. It was perfect I am so happy with the service from Chris and will recommend Autoworx to anyone with similar mechanical concerns. Thanks so much!!!!!

The work truck, a 2010 Ford F150, needed brakes , rotors and calipers replaced within 24 hrs. A diagnostic was done for $34.00 and work was scheduled for the next day at a cost of $887.08. The new manager was courteous, professional and the mechanic had the replacements done on time as promised. The owner is very satisfied with the workmanship and service overall.

I brought my own tires in not realizing they were the wrong size. They charge me $382 just to install my own tires. The tires are hitting my struts because they are too big. As a auto repair place they should have known that these tires were the wrong size. Now I $382 for tires that are too big for my car. They should have known this and not installed them and called and told me.

This was my 1st time getting a big job done and they exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t aware that in order for my install to be completed, they had to do some modifications. Very pleased with the outcome & will return for future custom work for my vehicle.
