I purchased the vehicle this week with the assistance of Rich. “Chooch” Aponte. Rich was absolutely amazing to work with. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the autos that were in stock and was able to patiently assist me in making the best choice for me. I just wanted to start by thanking the bodyshop here. I had a damaged front bumper needing paint and they took care of it at an affordable price and it looks like it never happened. I also needed fog lights installed and an oil change and it came to less than a jiffy lube would charge for just oil. I have also brought all of our used vehicles here for maintenance and they have taken care of them. If something comes up on a repair they always are more than willing to work it out and warranty their work within reason. The owner is also very helpful guy. I had some questions on a car I needed to sell and he was more than happy to point me in the right direction on a fair sale price. This place is great for used car sales, service and autobody!

A friend and I pulled up to the lot I was a little skittish so we drove around and was looking in the back at some SUVs and the sales person came up to me and told me to come on in because it was cold out her name was Mel she very polite I figured what the hell I've been to five different car lots and I was really kill. As soon as I walked in there I felt very comfortable and had warm fuzzies. I explained my situation that my credit was decent and I had some dangerous credit cards and after they went into the rink and they brutally battled it out for me with a few Banks boy it was messy I'll tell you. 😂 After a couple more rounds they succeeded..They didn't get what I wanted but they sure as hell got what I needed and that was a good solid dependable vehicle with VERY low miles the same day out the door zero down. Even after I got home and read the contract more and found a couple things that I missed they still had my back Thanks to Auto world for stepping up for me. You guys are awesome!! even with after finding issues with the car they still fixed it at no cost

Auto World saved us!! After moving out of the area, a “quick” return trip left us stranded when our truck broke down. Not only was the entire Auto World team helpful and friendly, they got us back on the road same day. They squeezed us in (a Deisel dually, no small job!) diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and sent us on our way in record time. Their willingness to work with us and attention to detail were top notch. Michelle especially went out of her way to help us, and Eric and the rest of the team were wonderful. We can’t thank you enough!

I recently purchased a 2005 Bentley Continental GT after test driving two other exotic vehicles and asking a kazillion questions. Everyone from start to finish was helpful and professional. Two standouts in particular were Melanee (sales rep) who showed extreme patience and exceptional service all around as well as doing some deep dive internet research into my questions on the vehicle; and Paulie (finance manager) who gave me some excellent tips on Bentley maintenance in addition to explaining all the financial ins and outs of my purchase.
