Hard to find a mechanic you can trust just became a whole lot EASIER! Outstanding service and very knowledgeable. They were genuinely concerned with the issue regarding my truck and did all they could to get it right for me. Highly recommended - found my local go to shop. These guys have it together - from customer service to knowledge base. The whole package.

I had my Dodge Durango in for an engine replacement. The guys at Autoworks did an amazing job communicating with me and they were able to get the job time in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for any future repairs and highly recommend Autoworks for anyone looking for a reliable, communicative mechanic.

Had my car they're seven times and they still can't figure out the misfire tried removing my ignition coil pack and ripped it will not do business with again. And after leaving there now my passenger door will not unlock. Prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for I guess

I am new to this area and was recommended to go to Chris's shop, as my Honda Pilot was having an emission control issue. I made an appt. and was greeted by Chris who diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what part was needed to fix the problem. I then made an appt.for Chris to install part needed. It was repaired in a timely manner as I had to wait. When I left his shop 5 minutes later same code appeared. I called Chris and he said bring it right back. The problem was not in his repair, he explained it could be a carbon build up in the injectors due to only local driving since I moved here. He put a liquid in my gas tank which hopefully.will clean injectors. Since then I have had no issues. He did this and didn't charge me for his time or liquid because he really cares about his customers. I thank him and will only take my care to him with any future issues. I highly recommend his shop.

I own an older Honda CRV, which are known for having AC problems and mine was no exception. Autoworks was very patient in explaining everything to me that needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner and my AC has NEVER worked so well. As a newcomer to the Conway area, I am happy to have found a place to service my vehicle.

If you have work done by Autoworks you are very blessed. Nathan and Chris are two of the nicest respectful hard-working men I’ve met. Both of them were very considerate of not only my time but also how much I could afford. They replaced and repaired both front locking hubs and wheel bearing on my Ford F350 Super duty for a more than fair price. It was not an easy job either as the bolts were rusted in place and the hubs were also ridden with rust and very, very, difficult (not to mention time-consuming) to remove. Although, I did have to leave my truck overnight with them (due to all the rust) they kept me well informed of the progress of the parts that had to be ordered as well as the progress they were making on the repairs. Their honesty and transparency during the entire transaction was incredible. Once I received the truck, I also learned that their quality of the repairs that they did was top notch as well. Thank you so much for being such honest, hard-working, thoughtful auto mechanics!

Really impressed with the service I got from this shop. I was unsure what was wrong with car they took the time to diagnose what was wrong with my car. Being new to the area and being in auto business for 30 years I can say I highly recommend this shop.. Will return to this shop for future needs

The best place to take your car. I've been there more times than I can count and the workers have always been so helpful and kind, which is great because I know nothing about cars. My car has been giving me a lot of problems as of late and I know I can always count on Autoworks to help me figure out what's going on.

They gave us a rebuilt transmission. Within 2 weeks it stranded my family on the side of the road 6 hours away, with there recommendations we found a shop not far from we we broke down. The new shop replaced the transmission and Auto works has refute pay the new shop leaving it to me to pay fanoyhe 5900.00 plus expenses accord for towing and travel. The warranty promised by the has not covered anything. Then I am told I should have had it sent 6.5 house towed back to them for the warranty to cover it. This is very hard for me, this has been a struggle for my family. They promise so much and have not followed through. I believe that legal services could be the only why to resolve this.

As with several other customers who were fortunate to find Autoworks, we found their services to be excellent and fair with regards to pricing. My child's 2011 Nissan Murano broke down while visiting a friend at Coastal. We had to have the car towed to Autoworks, who promptly looked at the vehicle and immediately diagnosed the problem. Ed thoroughly discussed what repairs needed to be made and assured us he would do an overall vehicle assessment to make sure there weren't any other potential issues. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to get the repair done, given the shortage of car parts/supplies. We made the 9 hour trek home without incident and were so very thankful for the professionalism and care shown by these fine folks. If Autoworks was in our neighborhood, I would definitely have them as our mechanics! We were most grateful for all the courtesies extended.

Wish I can say I had a great experience like everyone else that posted. My car started sputtering and wouldn't drive while I was on 501. I was desperate so I had my car towed and it was supposed to go to Mavis but in route to there I found I they didn't do work that I assumed I needed. They recommended Autoworks. I'd never heard of them but I assumed my car would get fixed right. My car was there since October 18 and when I got diagnostic report they said it was spark plugs, camshaft and crankshaft sensors. Paid for those came and got car check engine light on. Fast forward to them having it a whole extra week when I go pick up car it's just as bad as before because it actually cut off while in traffic. 600 bucks later and 150 in tows my car is parked in my yard and I cannot drive it because they say I need an engine. As long as they had my car and as much checking as they claimed they were doing I want to know how that major issue wasn't found before I paid my money. I have never had an experience like this in my life. My car cranked when it was towed there and never cut off, although it wouldn't drive. After 3 weeks of my car being at Autoworks it no longer cranks at all and now needs an engine.
