My car run out of battery next door at the 76 gas station I came to this place to see if they can help $20 later I really haven't got any type of work done in here but base on my experience I think this place is waiting for opportunity to rip people off considering I pay that much for a jump😔

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! 0 STARS! There is virtually no communication, needless diagnostics, hyped up labor charges, pricing manipulation, an overall lack of customer service, and NO consideration to customers. I brought my Toyota Corolla on a Monday and told them I would need the car back by Thursday any time or Friday at 2pm. I told them EXACTLY what the problem was and that I’d had the problem before so I knew what work needed to be done. A day later they provided me a $3,000 quote for services I didn’t request - mind you diagnostics would cost between $135 and $253- already a lot for a problem I’d already identified which was that the power steering pump with pulley and the belt tensioner would need to be replaced. The quote did include the power steering so I ignored everything else and focused on that which was priced at $1,200 plus $200 for the flush without taxes included for the power steering pump with pulley (I had to make sure they used the correct parts and included ALL of the parts I’d need), belt tensioner and serpentine belt. The power steering pump with pulley they quoted me for was NEW but would be aftermarket for a car that’s 25 years old. I asked to look into a rebuilt power steering pump with pulley because the previous job with a used pump lasted close to a decade, it’s a bit cheaper, and I’d only be using the car through next year. Once they did that the total cost with taxes and everything - it was $1,300 so I said please move forward. It took THREE DAYS to get a go ahead on the repairs and I had to constantly call the shop to get any info at all. They said they ordered the pump and would get it replaced Thursday - Thursday comes I call towards the end of the day only to hear the part never arrived so they’re trying to locate it? It was being delivered from Chehalis!!! Again, I needed the car by Friday 2pm. No call from them Friday so I call them - the part still hasn’t arrived. I finally received a call from them at 1:48pm to hear the part had arrived so the car would be done by end of day 5pm. I delayed my start time at work to pick up the car and called at 4pm expecting to pick up the car by 5pm. They tell me the rebuilt pump failed. At this point I’m obviously frustrated because this job shouldn’t have taken 5 days and now it’ll take longer. One of their service providers tells me “you decided to use a rebuilt pump. 9 times out of 10 it’s fine but this was your decision to go with the used pump.” At this point I’m done. So I ask when can we expect a repair - they said we’re putting in a parts request at the end of day Friday so hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday next week since they’re closed over the weekend. So I call 10am that Monday - again I never received a call from them. They tell me at this point we’ll have to go with a new pump - they’re not gonna charge me labor for the failed used one (why would I be responsible for that?) - and that they have the new part already TODAY but it would now be $1,800. Unacceptable. I told them they could do that but for the originally quoted $1,300 at which point they told me they were clearly not a shop that could help me - which is the first thing they said that I absolutely agreed with. They said they’d put my car in the parking lot and I could pick it up so I said fine. These guys were totally unreasonable and I gave them all the information they needed, corrected the parts they were gonna order cause they had it wrong, and they never followed up with me other than to make a bunch of excuses. THIS PLACE IS SHADY! GO ELSEWHERE!

دوستان عزیز یک عده از افغانستانی های ما که در امریکا می‌آیند فکر می‌کنند افغانستان است. زمانی که یک کار و تجارت را راه اندازی کرد ابتدا پیش از اینکه مشکل کار را دانسته قیمت را می‌گذارد مشکل را نفهمیده.!! اینقدر خرج برمی‌دارد خب شما اگر مسلک تان است و یا متخصص وظیفه خود می باشید باید اول مشکل کار را بدانید بعد برای مشتریان تان قیمت را اعلان کنید شار خربزه که نیست😂

AFTER MANY YEARS OF SERVICES AFTER TODAY IM OFFICIALLY DONE!! THE MANAGER/OWNER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! I CALLED THEM TO GET A DIAGNOTIC!! THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR A HOUR TO LIE AND PUT SOME CODES ON A PAPER AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME NOT TELLING ME THEY NEVER DID A DIAGNOSTIC. WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK THE MAN SAID HEY WE ARENT GONNA CHARGE YOU THERE ISNT NOTHING MAJOR GOING ON. I CALLED UP THERE TO SEE IF THEY REALLY DID IT THE MANAGER CALLS ME A LIAR OVER THE PHONE AND TELLS ME I NEVER GOT A DIAGNOSTIC DONE AND ITS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. I GO UP TO THE SHOP WITH THE PAPER I GOT AND HE TOLD ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME THEY NEVER DID THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THIS WAS A SITUATION OF DISHONESTY. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AFTER THEY HAD IT TWICE FOR A TIMING BELT AND FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC. NOT ONCE DID THEY DO WHAT THEY WAS TOLD TO DO. I FELT BECAUSE I KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE MANAGER FELT SOME TYPE OF WAY BECAUSE I WAS A WOMEN. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. THEY ARE JUST LYING ABOUT SERVICES THEY ARENT DOING!! MY GRANDMA BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARRRRS THEY HAVE WORKED ON MANY OF MY FAMILY CARS. GOERGE WE MISS YOU!! SINCE HE RETIRED THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A JOKE!!

Quoted over the phone less than in person. Even after I gave them the correct tire size. He doubled the price in person. I moved my work around to fit then in. Go somewhere else

They are not professional workers but only fresh and new workers. I did front brakes pads and drum replacement work on them after few days testing the car i feel disturbing while braking the car. I think they replaced my old own with the fake or another old staffs as it is not look like genuine product so be aware and don’t go to this shop.

This place was recommended to us by TJ'S Tires when we needed an alignment. So we called them up and asked for a quote. We also asked a bigger name shop for a quote, and the bigger name shop was more expensive and couldn't get to us quickly, or serve us without a reservation. The shop is a little informal relative to other shops I've used, so there was that momentary confusion of who works here and who is a customer. The guy behind the counter just took my name and number on a sticky note before taking my keys. Which is unnerving when you are used to formal shops that have you sign something before you hand them the keys, but they served me super quickly. They had me sit in the waiting room and I think I was out of there about 30 minutes after I got there. My partner thought I hadn't gotten it done because it was so fast. A lot of shops are overcrowded and busy and can't get to customers cars in a timely manner, but this shop actually had available service bays left even when they were helping me. They were less costly than the competition. They served us sooner and faster. I guess I've gotta go with 5 stars: They came highly recommended They saved me money They saw me sooner than their competition They gave me an accurate quote over the phone And they competed my service in less time than it took another shop to quote me for tires.
