Auto tech is the BEST would not take my BMW anywhere else, and never to a dealership!!!! They are so much better at diagnosing and fixing any issue you may have that dealerships cannot do well. I never have any issues on mine due to them keeping up and ahead on things. On my other BMW’S I had alot of issues and they were never fixed at dealerships.

Great guys, no BS... know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable about german cars. Gave me the confidence to buy an admittedly abused (cosmetically) AMG Mercedes and have done all the necessary tune ups to keep running as new mechanically.

This team is excellent. Although they are not Porsche specialists they truly have the talent to troubleshoot and repair any car brand. I normally do my own work but I now have someone I truly trust. They quickly resolved a serious (Porsche) problem that I could not figure out. Thank you Autotechnique! Knowledgeable, honest, fair and just good people!.

Very pleased with the level of communication, professionalism and competence displayed by both Patrick and John in taking care of our Mini. We will be back, even though it's a 1 hour 20 minute drive from home....to the Statesville shop. UPDATE: Just been to the new shop in Mooresville, quite the improvement in facilities for sure. This time just as good as my previous experiences, so I'll be back even though it's a bit further away. The Mini is in excellent hands 😊

I lived in Statesville for about a year and went to this shop for a few oil changes and some other minor maintenance. Patrick and his team were always very knowledgeable and honest about what work needed to be done. Recently, I had tires and alignment done by one of those 10-minute shops here in SC. They didn't have the tech to do a full alignment and ended up knocking my driving stabilization offline and said there was nothing they could do to get it back. I took it to a local Euro car shop, and they said that it wasn't something that could be repaired and that I would need a whole new steering rack ($4500). I emailed Patrick about the problem, and he agreed to take a look at it. I drove 2.5 hours up there, and they did a normal $130 full diagnostic, reset the driving stabilization, and didn't find anything else wrong with the steering. A+ shop and experience, and I would recommend them to anybody that has had issues taking their German cars to a non-specialty shop.

My BMW was having some coolant issues. I baby my cars like my children so as soon as I realized an issue I brought it to this group of men. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They tackled every issue that arose and made sure it was good before I got my baby back.

Absolutely amazing guys... They did some repair work on my fuel system on my BMW 335 and fixed one side which was only part of the problem after I filled up and noticed it was leaking on the opposite side, I brought it back in...They were honest fixed it and didn't charge me a dime...the 125$ I paid initially for 1 side then them fixing both sides is incredible I couldn't believe it.if you have a BMW or Mercedes this is the place to go. Great work guys!!!

Both will take time to discuss and troubleshoot potential issues and provide multiple solutions. Very trusting and honest. Integrity is a trait that I value, (as it seems to be waning in our modern world). After repeated interactions with Patrick and John at AutoTechnic, I feel this is a virtue that is at the core of their customer service philosophy. These guys are very knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about their craft. Patrick and John are fantastic to work with. A few months ago they took in our GL450 and fixed a water intrusion issue and took the time to explain the process of repair. I was happy to bring them our BMW 328d for some maintenance and trust them to do the good work that they do. They are a shop that I'll continue to call on for as long as I own Mercedes and BMW vehicles.
