I normally don't go to automotive repair shops as I work in the profession but I had an incident with my classic car a 1964 Thunderbird My passenger side window got stuck in the down position I'm moving out of state and the carrier would not transport the car if the windows are down So in a bind on top of a unexpected expense I found Auto tech honestly the only reason why I picked them it was walking distance to my house Boy was I blowing away not only was I greeted friendly on the phone when I called to ask if they perform that type of repair but the gentleman entered the phone was super friendly I walked inside and talked to a different gentleman as the one that I originally talked to was busy helping another customer that counterperson was really friendly and paid attention to detail as I was telling him what I wanted done to my car not only did they take the work in I had my car back within 2 hours after dropping it off unheard of for a walk-in as a busy automotive shop At the time of pickup my visit was just as pleasant greeted as I walked in the door they made small talk with me advised me on to a couple of other things with the car If I wasn't moving out of state I would definitely continue to bring my classic car to this shop thank you auto tech for the fast and awesome service

Being a single woman, and not knowing where to go or having questions and not knowing a lot about cars, David was super helpful and explained to everything very thorough had decent pricing and took the time to help me through all the steps of re-registering my car and getting the Correct process done for my salvaged car getting back on the road thank you so much for all your help

I'd like to start off by saying Thank You Autotech, especially a big Shout Out to Dave for being so professional and dedicated. I turned my car in for a gas leak on the EVAP system (2015 Chevy Malibu) which had been going on for the last few years. But no other professionals could specifically locate it and turned out in unsuccessful repairs and additional expense. After a while, other issues started popping up. What I thought wouldn't be that complicated turned out to be a heck of a deal. Fortunately, Dave and the rest of the team were able to locate the problem and get it fixed and managed to get rid of all the codes. I was getting updates every day on every single thing that they were working on, and they were always looking to work within my budget. If being patient is not something that you can manage, then it's not the place for you, they will take the time necessary to give the peace of mind you need. Don't hesitate when thinking on paying a visit to Autotech, it's worth every penny. Thank You.

Autotech is extremely professional and goes the extra mile for their customer!! First, they told me where to get a part for my 20 year old Saturn cheap and then squeezed me in on a super busy Friday to install it for me at no charge!! Who does that anymore?! Love this team! Been taking my car to them for several years now. Even tho I need an oil change they go over the whole car. They tell me if something needs to be fixed right away or what can wait until a later date. They know my driving habits n make sure my car is safe for future long distance road trips. I feel confident that they are looking out for my safety n keeping n g my car in top condition.i would recommend them to anyone needing car repair or maintenance

Don’t pay attention if it says AAA approved or not because these guys are crooks went in there to fix my serpentine belt, was just getting worn down and I wanted to get it repairand before it broke so my car was perfect. ending up paying more ended up getting brakes and new tires. it didn’t even feel the same when I got it back not even like the same engine sounded and felt all messed up, put it this way my beautiful car is just parked and not even running because they ran my bill so high can’t even afford to get it fixed for real, and when you take your car back, they try to get you for the diagnostic each and every time as well. These guys are snakes. They charge me an arm and a leg. things and more things going wrong month by month and it’s like already should’ve bought a new car except pay money suckers One dollars

Took my GX460 in to get a pre purchase inspection. Price was very reasonable and I left with a very good idea of the condition of my car and confident in the thoroughness of the inspection. Mike was very personable,knowledgeable and professional. I’ve always been scared to take my car into get worked on because I do everything I can do myself. But these guys did a great job.

Hey, just wanted to vent about my experience at Autotech. For starters, everyone seemed nice, but I couldn’t help but notice some screaming matches in the back offices. I ended up with a $380 bill for two diagnostics. I took it to an AC guy before hand, and he told me the wiring was bad; he even jumped the AC motor from the battery. Autotech was saying it’s the MCU and that the whole fuse box is broken, wanting to charge me $1,900 for the fix. I thought I’d only owe $190 for the diagnostics, but they charged me for two. I brought my car in on Thursday and called Friday around 4 PM, only to find out they hadn’t finished the diagnostics. I went in Monday, and they told me it needed that MCU, but I said I didn’t have the cash for it and just wanted my car back. They said they'd put everything back together and call me later. I missed that call at 4:46 PM—the shop closes at 5pm. I finally picked up my vehicle Tuesday morning, and they hit me with that $380 charge. Honestly, I’m just not happy with how everything went down. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in for brakes service, and although I was late they took care of my car right away. I am appreciate the friendly , and kind greetings from everyone. The staff are cordial, and know their stuff. We have been to this location various time, and I am always pleased with the service.

It's been a month since I had my car serviced. It was leaking oil and was making a light knocking noise. I used to go to another autoshop but the last time I went there I had a bad experience so I called around and felt that out of all the shop that I called, Mike at Autotech gave me the best response. He was able to take me in quickly. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He told me my car leaked oil in two different places (intake manifold & oil pan). The knocking noise was a loose bolt near the timing belt. They were able to take care of everything at an affordable and fair price! Would definitely go back to Autotech for all of my car maintenance/ issues from now on. 10/10 recommend them!

Took my van in at 8am, told them what our scanner said that a cylinder was misfiring. Guys working the front laughed at us which should have been my first clue but made it seem like no big deal. Said they weren’t busy and would have an answer for us by 2pm if not sooner. When 4pm rolled around we still hadn’t heard anything so we called just for us to tell us back exactly what we already knew then said it would be 670 just to CONFIRM the diagnosis and it would take an additional day to do so. I said no and went to pick up my van. A different guy said it was going to be 190 to get my van back for doing absolutely nothing and telling us exactly what we already told them !!! How do you justify charging people almost 200 bucks for doing absolutely nothing? Crooks.

Being the owner of a 30 yr. old, 300K mi. auto, I have few places with the skills and knowledge to keep me on the road. AUTOTECH and Tony are just the prescription needed to keep my baby running. My AC was only blowing hot air. The Compressor hoses had failed and all the Freon had leaked out. New hoses and some replacement electronics my AC is keeping us cool once again. thank you AUTOTECH!

I spent practically a whole day in the shop. To be fair, what I was asking could have taken 3-5 days. I was on a roadtrip and my car started overheating at 3pm on the highway but these guys got me on the road the next day. The shop replaced my fan which had now burned out three relays; this last one couldn't keep up with the Cali sun. Jared stayed late and found the perfect parts that would get there the next morning and the team made sure my road trip would not overheat anymore. Mike's got the biggest heart in Riverside! Cindy the courtesy shuttle driver(which they offer within 5 miles) is a lifesaver and a joy. Grabbing a shrimp or octopus empanada from the food truck across the street while they work on your car isn’t a bad idea either. Heading back to New York but I won’t forget these guys.

I took my 1970 Mach 1 Mustang to Autotech to get my A/C serviced and recharged with freon. I chose Autotech because I liked the reviews from previous customers and the thorough way they go about ensuring my A/C system was operating properly and free of leaks. They didn't disappoint. This time it was for a regular oil and filter change. I usually schedule my appointment so that the work will be done 'first thing'. The job was completed professionally and suggestion that my permanent air filter needed cleaning. I was going to tend to it earlier, but got sidetracked.
