Recently my vehicle required attention. I contacted the folks at Auto Team Automotive Repair. They were exceedingly helpful, prompt, professional and graceful. They got me scheduled and in, in a timely manner. The cost was fair and precisely the same as there very reasonable estimate. I would encourage anyone needing car repairs to give these folks try.

I hate writing reviews like this, but honestly I feel lied to and taken advantage of. I spent over $1000 getting things repaired on my car. One of my primary requests was the replacement of my battery terminals. I even brought brand new replacement terminals for them to use. My car battery was constantly dying, and this was in large part due to corroded terminals not making good connections. Now a year later, the new battery they put in is dead, and when I went to charge it I found that the terminals, in fact, never got replaced (no clue what happened to the brand new ones I brought in). This isn't even in relation to the other minor issues that were supposedly fixed, like door locks not working correctly, which went back to being broken within a week. I also have new problems since the repairs, like my parking brake indicator no longer coming on or my remote unlock no longer working. This whole experience has left me feeling incredibly unsatisfied and, unfortunately, swindled.

Maybe my experience was the only one that was different but as of 1.2.25 they charged 3x the amount of neighboring mechanics for battery repair. Only after showing them text messages did they change the price from >$1200 to $500. I would choose others.

I was stranded away from home, due to a bad alternator. When my boyfriend called he was told it probably wouldn't be done until Monday. When I dropped my car off and mentioned that I was from Vancouver,WA and was starting a new job on Monday- the owner pulled a few strings and had my car fixed before the end of the day. Absolutely amazing customer care, fair price, and were so respectful of my car. 100% satisfied, will definitely be back if I need something done again, and highly recommend this business!

Terry and Earl are stuck with me for a customer. They do great work and have dealt with 2 car problems now (I have horrible car/technology luck 🤣 ) y'all always provide a fair rate and work done in a timely manner. The whole team are great mechanics and are great with the customer side as well, even with my special brain side. Always fun/informative chatting while waiting for my lemons to get finished. Lolz Trax'y and The Eqi' say thanks for fixing us! Sorry for the dog hair! 🤣

AutoTeam Automotive did an excellent job repairing my Corvette. They were able to find a part that the dealership was not able to. They took the vehicle in on time and had a major repair completed in one day. I highly recommend Terry and his team of mechanics at AutoTeam Automotive for any vehicle repair!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a auto shop. They always kept in touch with me on the progress of the vehicle, even sent me videos of the problem. Any problem I have with any vehicle in the future will go to these guys.

Terrific people doing excellent repairs. Terry, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and cares about his customers. A great guy to trust with your car. Never have to worry about your repairs and prices are very fair. I won't go anywhere else anymore.

Terry was able to fit me in SUPER last minute before my cross-country move. My transmission had a leak and there was a leak in my vacuum system. They were very communicative, friendly, honest, helpful, and it ended up being so much cheaper than I expected! If you're in Oregon City, don't bother going anywhere else. I've been to a few other places in OC, and they usually end up charging me a lot without figuring out what's wrong with my car. This place found the problems immediately and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Where do I start? Well, first off, when you talk to the people they run this outfit, you'll quickly find that they are pretty down to earth transparent easy going and most importantly, honest. Hard to find these qualities from an auto shop these days. The highest of which is honesty. I'm preparing for a big trip and these people have put my mind at ease as for as helping me maintain my vehicle. Tune up, check. New belts, check. Needed a new transmission, check. Now, I know what all of you readers are thinking while reading this, "man, this guy got taken for a ride". (Get it a ride? HA!) No sir I assure they did not. These were all my requests and they made sure to ask all the right questions to see if these were things my vehicle really needed. And yes, I needed these things on a vehicle that had 130k on it. It's called maintenance. Highly recommend this shop. I'm not going to tell you that charged me the lowest prices. Besides, would you really trust a place solely based on price? They are very reasonable but it's the quality of work. You know you're getting piece of mind. No one Googles "cheapest doctor for my surgery". Went would you for good auto service? Exactly. Only place I would bring me fleet of vehicles to from now on. Thanks for reading.

There's a reason why these guys are 5 stars! Terry is awesome! In my opinion, they feel like your old school mechanic team! Meaning: they seem more concerned with helping you and getting you back on the road! Communication is GREAT! Totally friendly, helpful and reasonable! Found my mechanic shop for sure!

I am very happy with the service I received here. The guys called me ahead of working on the car to go over the problem at hand (turned out to be an oil pressure sensor) as well as recommending a few other fixes. I had them fix a couple but politely declined a few others and there was no issues or pressure. The service was done very quickly and my car was ready before noon. On top of the superior service, my wifes dog locked her out of her van outside the shop as we were picking the car up we asked the guys if they might be able to help out and they quickly and happily aided us in getting back into the car. Great guys, great service, and they will be my go to shop for any car needs I have!
