This was a very pleasant experience. We needed our Bentley serviced and they got us in the same day we called. Melissa was fantastic as our service advisor. We were kept informed each step of the way & the car was ready very quickly. I loved that it was all washed & clean when we picked it up. The work was perfect and we will be a recurring customer for sure.

How do I give more than 5 stars, anyway? What can I say, their service is incredible. Better than other shops I've worked with and not even on the same planet as most dealerships. Melissa is the best service advisor I've ever had the pleasure of working with, upbeat, thorough, and very proactive about communicating the status of work. And Cory, their master tech/diagnostics guru was awesome to work with. He was there when I dropped off my Pcar and was ready to test drive with me and talk through what I wanted them to look at. I'm just not used to actually being able to talk to the techs, so thats a huge plus for me. In the end they weren't able to identify anything mechanically wrong with the car but they recommended a few tweaks with some regular maintenance items and see if those help, and so far that seems to have resolved the issues. Service, expertise, and clearly enjoying what they do. I cant ask for anything more!

I have two 2002 BMW 540s (Six-speed manual with M-Spec suspension and a Touring station wagon). Autoscope has kept my E 39s in top shape. The staff is knowledgeable and they stand behind their repairs.

This was my first visit to Autoscope. The people were very friendly. The waiting room was very easy to wait in. It was so clean and comfortable. They kept me informed about my car, but were not pushy about getting minor things fixed. I was happy with their service. I think this is a great place for women to get their car serviced. Iris, the service advisor is very knowledgeable and explains the service on a car, and also shows photos of things that are wearing out. I will definitely go back to them next time I need service on my car.

Update: They called and made it right!! I feel like I got a bad deal the last time I went in. I paid to have my back light fixed but drove away with it not working. I brought it back and they fixed it again only to have it not work again. Now I'm sure if I bring it back in they'll charge me for a diagnostic again. Also, they didn't fix my notification so it's showing service is overdue. I'm very disappointed in my service. I plan to find someone else to service my car from now on. ****** I've used Autoscope twice so far and they have always been super honest, professional and speedy. As well, they offer great advice on the current and future maintenance of my X3. Alexander Miles is especially professional and an all around great guy. He's super friendly and personable and his customer service is top notch. He goes above and beyond to help out his customers and he seems to love his job. It's hard to find good customer service these days but Alexander and the Autoscope staff hits the nail on the head. I'll never go anywhere else for my BMW needs.

Incredible service oriented business! So appreciated the friendliness and the ease of booking and intake for a routine maintenance for my SUV, the transparency in what would be included in the service with upfront pricing, completion of service in at timely manner. Superior hand wash & interior detailing included, as was the local transport. 5 stars!!

The check-in process was top notch, from the comfortable check-in interview to understand my needs and concerns to a detailed digital (photo/video) documentation of my vehicle’s condition at time of drop off. Highly recommend! Iris and the entire team at Autoscope are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and provide transparent info about issues your car is having. We recently moved from Austin and were looking for a reliable, honest place to take our temperamental BMW and Audi. From the first visit we clearly understood why Autoscope has won multiple awards for integrity. Unlike a lot of places, they don’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs and don’t tack on a bunch of extra charges. We feel very taken care of here - they are quick, communicative and trustworthy. We have always been happy with the work they have done and will continue to bring our cars here.

I recently had my BMW serviced here and had a great experience. I had my breaks completely replaced, as well as oil and filter change and felt like the communication about my car was really complete. I was given text updates throughout the day on the status of my car and felt like everything was checked very thoroughly. Melissa was working with me on what I wanted done to the car and provided various price estimates and was very kind as well. Car came back hand washed and vacuumed and overall they were extremely professional. Price seemed reasonable, possibly slightly higher than others but with how well the place was run and how well I felt like they did on my car it’s worth it.

Really top notch service! I was under a tight timeline and needed a PPI to occur at a sellers garage given the auctions unique restrictions. After it was determined that I had to explore other options because of scheduling challenges, Autoscope associates went out of their way and used their strong industry network to refer my business to someone they knew, trusted, and was an expert with mobile PPI’s all within hours of my request. They were VERY professional and informative. I was purchasing a used Mercedes and they did the pre purchase inspection. They check EVERYTHING on the vehicle from mechanical, cosmetic, tires, brakes, doors, electrical and even the paint. Once the inspection was complete we spent about 30 minutes going over everything they checked. And result was they didn’t find any issues with the vehicle and put my mind at ease about my purchase. Definitely would recommend them and I will be a return customer as well for servicing.
