They were supposed to fix my oil pan, poured transmission fluid into my steering column . Admitted to the incorrect fluid paid part of the fix refused to pay for the rest offered me to bring my car back to them… I refused cause they would screw it up more reported to Attorney general and my lawyer and the BBB tried to string arm me… he has been sued for the same thing… these types of businesses need shut down

Both Carlos and Holly provided excellent customer service. They were very welcoming. Their service only took 2 hours, just as they promised. They used the same “A Service” checklist as the dealership. Their price was better than the cost to do the same service at Mercedes of Indy. I would definitely recommend Autopotenza to anyone needing service on their Auto.

They're not honest when it comes to working on your car my range Rover it's not working correctly charge me $150 for a diagnostic and then gave me an outrageous price to fix it but I realize they remove parts on my car that made it worse I paid the $150 and said to hell with them wh was going to charge me for way less buy another certified mechanic that works on those vehicles these people not honest

Review - Auto Potenza – 10651E 59th ST, Indianapolis, IN I took my car to them on 5-31-24 with a headlamp issue. They said they needed to order a part and it would take 3 days to arrive and they would contact me. They requested and I paid them a deposit of $300.00. Three business days pass no call. I called them that day and made them aware of a national warranty program that should pay for the repairs and asked them to contact the warranty company. Auto Potenza was listed as an affiliated company. Told me part had not arrived. No contact from them so I called them 2 days later and was told the part was in but they failed to contact the warranty company but would call me back. I called back Monday and again they promised to get back with me. Days pass, no calls, no emails and no texts. I called several days later and got voice mail and it was full. They said in the recording to text them. I did and asked to speak with the owner and got no response. I sent another text asking to respond or credit my CC for deposit. Forty days later and have never, ever received any attempt by them to contact. Worst customer service in my life and they still have my deposit.

Car was blowing blue smoke when I started it after a long drive and sitting overnight. These guys fixed the problem, and the car runs great! Professional job well done and saved me a ton of money.

Absolutely amazing! I happened upon Autopotenza on accident and I am so grateful I did! Their team is professional, honest and do high quality work. They worked so extremely hard to make sure the issues I had with my car were properly resolved. They had amazing communication through the whole process. I can't recommend them enough! If you want a trustworthy mechanic, you just found one!

Having some issues today with the shop. The front desk lady is very rude and unfair. She’s not doing her job she is communicate only through text instead of calling customers. I tried to tell her I didn’t get her text so she’s calling me a liar stating that I could’ve just deleted the text messages. I was told the owner is very reasonable and polite . I contacted him I’m just waiting for the response to see where is this going.

I took an E350 Mercedes. To Autopotenza. Which I just brought a few days ago. Because the check engine light came on. Mitchell. At Autopotenza. Diagnose that the car had serious internal damage to the engine. I took the car back to the dealership. And. just as Mitchell stated it was a lemon. The dealership. finally agreed. Cancelled the loan and refunded the money that was paid for repairs. Autopotenza is an 5 Star business. Honest, compassionate very knowledgeable! Thanks. Mitchell at Autopotenza. You are the best!
