I am always pleased with the customer service I receive at Autonology. Every representative I've ever dealt with has been more than courteous, respectful, and helpful. My last visit was for an issue with the heating system in my 3-series BMW. It was leaking coolant and I had no heat as a result. Not only did they fix the coolant issues, but when I got my car back a rattling noise that I had had for years, was also gone! I had given up on resolving the noise after taking it to several repair shops only for no one to be able to identify the sound or the source. I had zero expectation that Autonology would fix it so I didn't even mention it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I received more than I paid for!

I have to say, guys in there were polite and professional. Only downside is the markup on OEM parts was a little higher than I expected. I did have an issue where the incorrect brand of parts were installed but once I brought it to their attention, they ordered the correct OEM branded parts and installed them within a week. Their response, going above and beyond to correct the issue showed how much pride they take in their craft and the Autonology brand.

Autonology Motor Service is the best shop to get great service to all your foreign import cars. They have knowledgeable Techs and service managers that explain everything to you about your vehicle that help you make the best decision and your vehicle repairs. They have a great and friendly sprint . I would highly recommend Autonology Motors to everyone with a foreign import car.

Autonology has helped me remain independent. My car is a 1995 Volvo and their Service Dept. has maintained it for many years. I truly appreciate their service and care.

The best service and customer care. They go above and beyond. I have a 2012 Q5 (the year with the most problems), and they have done all the major work, including complete engine replacement with a new engine and turbo. Can't say enough about how great everyone is.

Just purchased my used 2012 BMW January 2024 with 100K miles after a once over at a authorized BMW dealer my decision to let the Pro’s at Autonology service my car was the best decision the guyz know the BMW brands and and took very good care of my car…they got a customer for the life of my BMW and the way the pros take care of me now I will continue bringing all my used foreigns to Autonology.

Autonology did a great job fixing my front and back break pads on BMW. They were very courteous and efficient . I recommend to drivers with foreign vehicles. You will save from going to dealerships that over charge!

I have dealing with these guys for a few years and now my second vehicle with them. I travel for 45 minutes to just come here for my service and maintenance. These guys are beyond great and do a great job. They are also knowledgeable and explain in detail about your car. Simply the Best Shop… Period.

As soon as you walk in the office you can feel the positive vibes and pleasant environment! Such a pleasant service, Elijah was able to give me descriptive information of the issues with my rover. They worked very well and patiently with me. Addressed all my concerns and called to give updates on orders and process. They were able to get it back to me and running in a week. Very kind and welcoming, everyone greets you as soon as you walk in, recognize their customers right away. Everyone is very pleasant 10/10!
